Recently purchased the cyperglow serum on subscription. That was ok. Purchaded the cream and paid the money havent received it. They tell me that the delivery of my serum was actually the cream. It wasnt. just web5 onto the acvount and when i put in the order number it says it foesnt exist!! Clearly theft! I still have proof of order & payment so dont see point of that! Ignoring my emails now after requesting a refund! Will report to trading standards!!

Do not buy,Firstly, Product does not work! i And secondly, I have been added to monthly prescription that I did not authorise and now they will not answer my emails. have had to get my bank involved.
Terrible customer service.

This company are so scammers please be careful before purchasing.

Cyperglow Sucks

You're not an honest company and it appears that you don't read or understand emails or respond back in a timely manner. My last email was referencing a 2nd bottle of serum that was sent to me not the 1st bottle. This is what upsets some customers with Cyperglow, especially me because many emails were sent and not read and earlier on in your AI chat area you would've been able to understand that all this time your company had set me up to have a subscription to keep receiving this serum. I'm very sure that I didn't request a subscription. I reached out to Cyperglow and they responded back to tell me that I did check that area to receive repeated bottles but I didn't and then a link was sent to me to cancel the subscription. Numerous emails sent to Cyperglow telling them to cancel and not send out a 2nd bottle of the serum but was sent to me. I received the 2nd bottle and didn't open package and took it to the post office using the address on the package which was located at a warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. A tracking receipt was also attached in the email to let Cyperglow know that the item was no longer in my possession. Then Cyperglow had the so call nerve to send me 2 emails saying to keep the serum and one email said that they would give me 10% of my refund, I refused and the 2nd email a 15% of my refund and I refused again and to date the request of the emails sent to Cyperglow was to Cancel the so call subscription and not send me anymore serum and REFUND back the 38.98 to my credit card. When they did respond the said that I could return the serum to a Netherland address but didnt give the address number in the email. Cyperglow truly SUCKS and their customer service really SUCKS. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their product as Cyperglow doesn't do business with integrity.

I have been using this product for a while but unfortunately have not seen much of a change. I really hoped I would as product is not cheap!! I will carry on using the products I have left but doubt I will purchaee anymore..

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. They area illegally taking people’s cash without their consent. Fraudulent company, it has tricked so much people. This must be investigated and taken to legal action. Customer services is their buy time while they take your bank details and information. Product doesn’t work as well. It’s just another teenager scam trick in buying Chinese bottles with olive oil inside them to trick people it magically it removes hair.

Very easy to use and doesn't have an awful smell. Can tell the hair is getting thinner.

As everyone is saying, I too got signed up for monthly subscription without my knowledge. I made sure to click one-time purchase because I know how some companies can be with tricking you. So, to my surprise I woke up this morning with another charge from them. I tried the chat bot thing, no response. I sent them multiple emails, have not heard anything. I then googled the company and found all of these reviews from people experiencing the same thing. I canceled my card and now I am waiting for the other charge to go through so I can then dispute the charge. This is definitely a scammy company. Do not order anything from them.

SCAM. They will sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge and when you try to cancel they make it impossible. Having to go through my bank now to get the subscription cancelled and refunded. OH and it doesn't work.

Just like other reviewers, I was signed up to a monthly subscription without knowing. They make it so difficult to cancel. I sent numerous furious emails demanding it be cancelled. Completely stressful and frustrating. Product doesn't even work. Absolute joke of a company. So annoyed with myself for ever purchasing

Ordered- after a few days got confirmation order shipped. Checked about a week later. Shipping showing the same "on the way" message. Another week the same. Emailed them to say I no longer wanted the order as it had been too long. No reply. Waited 3 days . Nothing. Emailed again saying I wanted a refund . Finally got a reply with a strange looking photo of ??? Couldn't even be sure what it was a photo, of saying this was my parcel left in a safe place! Safe place??? It was a dark photo of something covered in what looked like sand.
I replied saying didn't know what the photo was of. Received another email asking for my address. Even though I had supplied this and my order number in my previous emails.
Shoddy customer service. Can't comment on the product as never received, value for money 0 as I'm out of pocket by just over £30!
I'd like to say something positive but I really can't.

Order was meant to come with a mystery gift and the Egyptian guide book and they never arrived. When I tried contacting the company via the chat and by email. I heard nothing back.

I have certainly noticed a slow down in growth of hair on my chin area since using Cyperus Rotundus Skin Serum. Would recommend

AVOID !!!! I wish I would have looked at the reviews first, This Company take a monthly subscription fee and make it very difficult to try and cancel. The subscription is made without clear agreement. I spoke to my bank and they say these companies will normally put it in tiny writing in their purchase terms so many people don't even realise they have subscribed until the money is taken the following month. This is very deliberate and they obviously know what they are doing.

Great product the only thing is that a bottle does not last a month if used on legs

Scam....don't bother it's an absolute farce! Also when you receive your order, you hear nothing else then another 32.99 comes from your bank, the parcel comes and you cannot return nor get a refund and it took me ages to cancel the account, im yet to hear from the chat... would avoid at all costs!

The product did not work for me after using for 2 months. I even tried cancelling my subscription and they continue to bill me and ship product to an address I am no longer at. It’s a mess

It has definitely made a difference in how my chin hairs softened and lessended.

Total Scam. 1000% shonky company. Had severe reaction and had to seek help from a Dematoligist. This Company automatically deducts monthly payments without your agreement. No response from the company's support.Stay away .

I received my ordered half empty!!!
Tried their 24/7 costumer service and got no response.
Just sent an email for a refund. Hopefully they respond.
