Super service.

A few years ago while riding my bike on a trail someone helped me repair a flat tire, when it came time to inflate he produced a device that looked like a cucumber turns out it was a cycplus A2, I was impressed and ordered one online. Over the next few years I used it on a regular basis to air up my bike tires and to top off my SUV tires. It's design allowed me to store it in my bike saddle bag. I was completely sold on this product and recommended it to others. Fast forward to September 2026 after not using my A2 for an extended period I was surprised when I tried to inflate my bike tires and the A2 stopped working at 32 psi and it would power off. I had become co-dependent on this device. Time to look at buying a new inflator and I was not happy with the products I was seeing, then I discovered I could purchase directly from cycplus. I wanted to stay with the A2 hoping I would have a better experience with a new A2. I ordered and was pleased with the delivery, the packaging and the similar design. Fingers crossed this one will last longer.
Thanks cycplus

This little device is so easy to use and it fits right in my flat kit!

I had an issue when I received my first product. Customer service was outstanding and they stand behind their product.

Fast, courteous and packaged well. Thank you

I love it!! So easy and quick. Plus it’s light weight and packs easily.

I love the concept overall. The pump is very well made, it feels and handles robustly. The instructions are clear and it's so handy to carry a pump of that size with me on my bike trips. The fast charging is impressive, especially considering that it does contain 2 full charges for my (occasionally very flat) tyre.
I subtract one star because I still think the pump is quite pricey and I can't seem to properly seal the connection when I'm not using the hose – even with the hose attached it's not a perfect fit.

Really fast shipping and handling. The product I bought met all my expectations. It's a little loud, but it works and it's pretty useful!

Not only is the product line great, and accurate, as soon as I had an issue, support were instantly on top of it. Got it sorted, that’s real customer service! - can’t recommend enough!

Model D14PRO - Amazing pump I use for my paddleboard. So much easier to use it's rechargeable. Having the deflate option makes packing the board away smaller.
Best thing is the customer service. Mine was replaced when a fault occurred. Cannot rate highly enough.

Great product, shopping / site info, post-purchase comms, and quick shipping. I'd used the basic mini air pump for past year. Wife liked it so much I gave it to her and got another from Cycplus's site.

Superb! Excellent service and lightning-fast shipping.

Just bought my AS2 Pro Max before a multi-day remote gravel bike packing trip. A friend developed a slow tire leak - the pump got us through the rest of the trip beautifully! He now has one.

Product, durability, quality

Unfortunately it worked right when I got it but never worked again. Just flashes random numbers and then shuts off. Looking for receipt so I can return it. I really wanted it to work as it seemed like such a cool little pump

Works as advertised, small, easy to use. Noisy, but so what.

Fast delivery. Great product.

Great delivery, much faster than Cycplus originally predicted. Excellent fast and friendly customer support advice to help with operation.
