Hi thank you for sharing your review. We take all feedback seriously, but we also have a responsibility to be transparent with our customers and the public.

After thoroughly searching our records, we have been unable to locate any order, return request, or customer interaction that corresponds to this review. We have no record of a refund being requested or denied, and we have no record of any safety concern being reported to our team.

Claims that our products are unsafe are ones we take very seriously — and ones we strongly dispute. Cyclone Rake has been manufacturing and selling outdoor power equipment for decades, with tens of thousands of satisfied customers who use our products safely and reliably, many for 15 to 20+ years.

We also want to be clear: we offer a 6-Month Peace of Mind Trial for residential buyers. Refusing a legitimate return is simply not something we do.

We have formally requested additional information through Trustpilot to verify this experience. If you are a real customer with a legitimate concern, we urge you to contact us directly at 888-531-7253 with your order number so we can investigate and make it right immediately.

After our initial reply, we made every effort to identify and contact this reviewer. Despite repeated outreach, this individual does not appear in our customer records — there is no matching order, return request, or service interaction on file. We have no record of the experiences described.

We formally flagged this review through Trustpilot's dispute process and requested that the reviewer provide basic order information to substantiate their claims. The reviewer did not respond. Trustpilot has since reviewed our flag and has decided to keep this review online, finding no policy violations despite the inability to verify any purchase or interaction.

This outcome reflects a real limitation in anonymous review platforms: when a company does everything within its power to investigate and resolve a concern — and the reviewer declines to engage — there is simply no path to resolution. We are left with unverified claims we cannot address.
