CyberChimps WordPress Theme Omdömen

I asked for renewal to be cancelled and you did not cancel it. I have been charged for something I am not using. I emailed again upon being charged and email has been ignored. Now I will have change my card to prevent being charged again!!

Top service. Thumbs up!

So far excellent! I have built several websites over the years as a self-taught novice and decided to seek a new Theme and templates. Cyberchimp was by far the best that I found and the price is very competetive. I am sure that I will soon be upgrading from single site licence and using this theme on my othe domains.

For my purposes, the theme and the addons are a perfect match. I've been with them for more than 7 years.

Based on upgrades to the plug-ins my site stopped working. Upon opening up a ticket the support staff addressed the issues by providing an interim patch and some code that could be applied. They also provided guidance for some configuration changes that I had made when trying to identify a solution when the site originally broke.

I had trouble with some of my links in my theme. And I have zero tech knowledge. The customer service was excellent. They patiently walked me through the steps and all is working now.

I am new. I am still testing making my own website

I am overwhelmed by the template. It all worked very well. I am highly satisfied.

True to its name, the theme is highly responsive and adapts well to various screen sizes. Even for someone relatively new to WordPress, like me, navigating and customizing the CyberChimps theme was not difficult. The theme's performance is good. It's optimized for speed and doesn't compromise on quality. Pages load quickly.

Easy to install and navigate to make your edits and tweaks. Lots of starter templates and sample content areas. Excellent customer support -- quick and thorough. I highly recommend.

I have no complaints and support is great.

Clarity in what the plugin and themes can accomplish.

Have been using the responsive theme for many years and continue to upgrade my client's sites as the upgrades are announced. Pleased with the service and support offered.

I have been a Cyberchimps customer for about three years, I own a few of their plugins and themes. I own their Responsive Theme and have found it very easy to install and configure. The company has excellent support and has been around for many years. They always issue updates to both their themes and plugins, which ensures the products I have bought from them, always work with the latest WordPress Version.

I first used CyberChimp's Responsive theme in 2009.

It has improved dramatically since then.

The sample designs that the Responsive theme offers are excellent and easy to edit with Elementor, a very popular theme builder.
