Ordering and delivery were absolutely no bother, cover very easy to fit and has dramatically reduced heat loss and therefore heating time. Hot tub is still being used in November as a result!

We were having trouble finding somewhere to put our hot tub for the winter - to heavy and big for loft and a pain to deflate and get dry. Found the website Cwtchy cover and knew this was what i needed. I ordered every item i needed for my Maldives hot tub. The delivery was on time and came well packaged, was exactly what i was expecting - the fit for the tub and pump was exceptional and the insulating mats tie everything together along with the insulating top. Money well spent - highly recommend

Good quality the only reason it does not have 5 stars is when you replace lid you have to be careful not to accidentally change settings on tub

These covers are so well made, super strong and very insulating. They've significantly reduced the heat loss of our spa, so much so I'm only losing around 1 - 2 degrees a day in the autumn. So glad we invested in these, they will save us a small fortune in heating up the spa.

I'd been looking for ages for a thermal cover for my Lazy Spa Grenada Hot Tub, even emailed Lazy Spa directly!! Then a friend sent me a link for Cwtchy Covers and they had every I could possibly need. Ordering was easy and finding the right product was even easier as they list everything under model type. Delivery was super quick too and well packaged. I would definitely recommend this company who are cheaper than most with great selection and brilliant service. Will definitely be using again next year when I order thermal tub cover.

I kept looking at the Cwtchy covers but was put off by the price. When I decided to get the hot tub out for the Summer I thought I'd take the plunge (cough) and bought the side, lid and pump cover. After comparing the weeks before and after adding the covers, I can see I am spending approx £2 less per day on electric. So I didn't need to worry about the price, they will pay for themselves soon enough. I have a Lazy-Spa Helsinki with the fake wood effect which I really like - and losing that was something else I wasn't happy about. However, the dark brown Cwtchy covers look so smart and well made I think they have improved the overall look of the hot tub. Basically, if you have a hot tub, get these covers, you'll only regret that you didn't do it sooner.
