The product, hot tube cover is terrible and cheap, 1st day on it turned the water bright yellow, some chemical must have leached out, unless the cover is very tight it still collects water on top, lastly, 20mm electrical conduit as the frame supports, very cheap.

Seems to do the job temperature more stable

Bought a thermal cover for my lay z spa heater. Really good quality, it's still summer so need to see how it performs over winter but my does it reduce the noise of the egg when on for bubbles! As I say it's made of very robust material, arrived very quick and well packaged! I'd recommend this for sure!

We bought our lid, jacket, pump cover and base a year ago and it is not fit for purpose. There is mould, the water pools and is needed to be scooped off the lid after rainfall, it doesn’t look as described in the picture online and I did bring this up with them. The strap has disintegrated on side. There are fade marks. I have spent approx £500 all in all for something that hasn’t lasted a year. Very unhappy customer and do not recommend.

I recently purchased what was advertised as white cushion covers, expecting a pristine white colour as shown in the product images. However, to my dismay, the covers that arrived were a yellow cream colour. This was not the colour I ordered or what was advertised online.

Due to some bad weather, I wasn't able to open the box and check the contents immediately. By the time I did, the return period had already lapsed. Despite this, I wasn’t asking for a refund, only a replacement in the correct colour. I reached out to customer service, explaining the situation and asking for an exchange since the items were still in the original packaging and unused.

To my surprise and disappointment, my request was flatly denied. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but given the circumstances, I expected a bit more understanding and flexibility, especially since the error was on their end.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. The cushion covers are not the color advertised, and the company’s unwillingness to rectify their mistake leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The pump cover fits well and provides excellent protection. The pump also seems a lot quieter when running. The cover is well made and was delivered quickly. Packaging could have been a bit better as the box it came in was completely obliterated but luckily there was no damage to the cover
