I ordered my merchandise weeks ago. Still haven't received any type of info on my purchase. I'm about dispute it and get my money back.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced I’ve put my order in on Jan 8th and still have not received my items I will never be ordering from your company again. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out for help and no response unacceptable.

Still haven't received my sweatshirt and I ordered it in Jan 10. And I reordered another for the 2 day shipment and still haven't received it. And that order was put in on March 2.

It's been months and I still haven't received my package

I asked for my order by March 10 .and I just got an email it will be delivered on March 7. Thank you Custom teez PDX , I really appreciate it

I ordered a hoodie almost three weeks ago, The delivery said it will take 4 to 6 business days; I still waiting for the package.

2 weeks and no tee shirts, paid for expediting, nothing, tried calling. O answer no response from messages. Emailed many times no answer, notbung at all, tried to cancel, no answer again! Absolutely useless, scam, worthless piece of s'*** company, DO NOT USE

Worst ordering experience EVER!! Ordered some hoodies from them thru Zip(formerly Quadpay) on 2/4/22. Same day I ordered hoodies from another competitor site located in China. I had received my hoodie from China and still waiting to receive from CustomTeez which they’re located in Portland, Oregon.
Furthermore the only reason why I’m getting my hoodies is because I contacted Zip that I haven’t received my hoodies in a timely matter which they contacted Customteez on my behalf.
Trust me, save yourself the grief

Never received the order and could not get any response from the company.

Somehow my order got lost in the mail and they still made sure to ship me what I'd ordered immediately it showed up within three four days great customer service

Very disappointed 0 start from me

This is my second review. I still have not received my order but have received multiple emails asking me to review my experience. As i said in my last review i just want my money back at this point but i have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I will never recommend this to anyone. THIS IS A SCAM

Never received my items I ordered in January. Emailed company 2x and absolutely no response. Started a chat, got a response, then after I asked for a replacement I got no more responses. No emails verifying replacement order. Tried to start a chat again and absolutely nothing. Stay away from this company. Customer service is terrible. Wont refund my money or give me a replacement. I got scammed.

We did NOT receive our order! I've emailed the company about it and haven't heard any response from them.
All we received is an email to "review" our purchase.

I ordered this item on January 25 have still not received it! I even gave you a tip! I contacted you on February 7 you said you planned to ship in 48 hours and I would be getting tracking updated. It’s February 11 still no tracking updates or package😏
Very disappointed!!!
