Great service

Great service. Quality socks, not cheap ones that will wear out quickly. Fast processing with the time from order to delivery less than two weeks.

They worked with me to turn our complicated logo into a sock-ready design, and the socks came out beautifully!

Easy to use

Easy to use, quick, and great price. Definitely nice with a much lower minimum required purchase! Will use again.

AMAZING Customer Service!

I needed to place an order with a Purchase Order, which was done completely through the Customer Service department. I have never received such personal, quick and helpful support from any other company. They were incredibly quick in responding to my questions, helpful with creating the design, and answered my often very specific questions. I knew I was in conversation with a single person over the weeks we were communicating. Seriously, the best Customer Service!

not so happy

I told Vanessa I needed these socks by Monday (with the specific date) for a special event,( also said cancel if you can not get it done) it is now Thursday my team is leaving tonight for their competition without their custom socks. Very disappointed :(

Outstanding Experience

Custom Sock Shop rocks when it come to genuine and authentic products. I was amazed to buy a product from them, the products is the best ever. They have proficient customer care ever . They deliver the products within 4-5 business days. I highly recommend their store. I will order from you again and again.

Thank you for your feedback. We actually looked into this and realized you never emailed us, you actually tried to order online and the order failed. Sometimes "failed orders" get sent to our junk email. That is why no one has responded to you. I have actually just sent you a mockup of your design as well as answers to your questions.
