Excellent service But Return Postage......
Excellent service and product quality. One mark cut because if an item has to be returned back when its faulty or even when product is in warranty, the buyer has to pay for return postage.
I understand this from a business point of view. Returning a product which is worth 20 euros and the postage itself costs 13 euros due to weight, paying more in the end. Otherwise 5 stars company and very reliable.

Yes the cost to return an item is bourne by the sender however if you receive a faulty item and report this within 5 days from receipt it is our policy to collect the item and or replace as quickly as possible.
We are open to suggestions with regards the return costs however please understand that many returns are not related to faults with most returns related to compatibilty/mistakes. We already provide a check service to eliminate these errors when all parts are purchased from our website.
We are looking into a solution using Nightlines Parcel Motel were a customer can book an RMA with us and then return the item to their local Parcel Motel. We expect this service to cost €4.99 for returns which are not faulty and FREE for faulty goods within 5 days. We know this is not perfect for everyone and this is why we have not rolled out the service. Please check back in the future and you will see a better solution. If you have a suggestion please let us know and we will consider.

Very bad . Ordered a pc case cooler master master box lite 3.1 . And there was a colour defect inside and that thing was very easy to see .
I contacted the support about compensation by return some percent of the full price. because there is a defect and support sayed me what i have to ship it back for inspection . But i attached the photos and video . And they still told me to sent it back for my money . Why i have to spend my money and time if that wasnt my fault. Very bad service . Also website is very bad . So huge 1 of 5 . Very disapointed .
Dont recommend very bad . The seller doesnt care about customer if the good is damaged , keep this in mind .
Also its very funny about a colur inspection .
What they will inspect ??? You can see it clearly . Its not a electronic thing for a inspection . ITS A COLOUR DEFECT .

If you are claiming a manufacturing defect you should have contacted Cooler Master support direct. We do not decide on Cooler Master returns however I have never heard or came across a defect related to colour in any case let alone a Cooler Master Case. Any item which is reported as having a fault must be inspected and to be inspected it must be returned. This is the same for our support or that of the manufacturer.
Our returns procedure is listed on our website and if you want to return a component the return shipping cost is borne by the sender.
Our website is designed and maintained by professionals with years of experience and goes through constant updates to keep it in 100% up to date. Our design has been a progression over the last 3 years which has taken place with the help , support and input of our customers.
If you can please tell us why you consider the design bad I will reply to you further.
Our support staff offer online and telephone support across multiple platforms including a dedicated support websites , tickets , emails , posts , etc.
We reply to most support inquiries within 2 hours during business hours and I am sure you can see from the other reviews here that we are always here to assist our customers.
We will be rolling our an updated template before the end of 2018 however I would expect the new design to look and feel similar to todays design.
The changes are to improve performance of the site based on the ever increasing amount of visitors. We can however also confirm we are in the final stages of our new OnePage Checkout which we hope to launch in September. The new checkout is designed to reduce issues during checkout by keeping all information within a single page.

Our website contains detailed product information which is supplied through ICECAT by the manufacturers such as ASUS , ACER , C2G , MSI , GIGABYTE , ASROCK and many more. The exception can be from smaller manufacturers that do not subscribe to ICECAT. We generally do not display stock from manufacturers that cannot supply detailed datasheets however when we get requests from customers to include products from these manufacturers we will add. If you can tell me which product did not include a datasheet please email sales@custompcparts.ie and I will look into it for you. Of the 57,324 items on our websites today less than 500 items have truncated datasheets. We believe it is important to supply as much information as possible to allow our customers to make informed decisions.

We offer a simple delivery cost with a charge of €6.99 for each order whether the order contains one item or 100. Payment processors insist on a delivery being signed for and therefore we must use a courier service. We use Nightline who offer a reliable service across Ireland. We cannot ship with An Post and this is why we do not list their service on our website.

Our website updates Monday to Friday during office hours each hour on the hour however at weekends and bank holidays our stock only updates morning and evenings.
