I spent £12.50 on a cd. As a teenager who doesn’t have any source of getting this money back i am disappointed. No communication. No confirmation. No order number. This was supposed to be a christmas present. I wouldn’t be surprised if the 5-4 star reviews was from the company itself. Do not buy they are scammers.

Placed a couple orders but haven't had any confirmation or communication besides an automated email when I places the orders. I have tried several times to reach this company, through several emails and the phone number, all seem useless.
I saw they have responded to a review here so this is my last effort to get in contact with this business

I can’t believe this website is still up scamming people . Payment goes via a foreign bank .
Never see your money again

Placed an order on 22nd May 2025 - received a confirmation email but no order number.
All emails asking for an update have been bounced back (order email and support email addresses tried)
Phone number goes to answerphone and no return call happens.
This company have stolen £37 from me but more importantly, they have devastated my mother who is 90 and lost her husband recently….. I was attempting to recreate a playlist for her from times gone by to stir memories of her life with my father. Shame on you CD-UK. Please don’t order from this company - they are absolute scammers.

Cheap custom CD, everything arrived within a couple weeks and it was all as expected, only 4 stars because the service could be refined a bit with better communication, delivery time and better website but they aren’t scammers in my experience and i would use them again

Excellent service received within 5 days of ordering, cd works perfect and exactly as I ordered.

do not trust them at all you they are just scammers and i wouldn't be suprised if they steal credit card details aswell!

Received Custom CD as described. Quality was excellent and website was very easy to use.

Be prepared to wait a few days for delivery.

What a shower of b******s wasting everyone’s time. As others have said, just a scam to steal money. No product, no communication.

Hopefully Google will de-list them / banks stop transactions. Seems amazing they have managed to continue this long

Ordered, paid for my kid's present for their best friend, and nothing, no confirmation email, no nothing, after a full week. No way of contacting: Their support consists of a MacOS --- fill in all your details, name, email and password and give permission for MacOs to read - send - delete all your emails and contacts. No thank you. I hold out zero hope for CD's arrival even though they got one singular 4 star review. Have contacted bank and considering what other options for redress. Now gota go and a CD with a playlist entitled: 'I was naive and now woe is me.' .
Website is registered to a third party and business based in Bojkovic in Czech. Stealing from children.

I ordered weeks ago recieved no order confirmation or anything haven’t herd of them and now won’t let me access their website

Oops. Should’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Think I’ve been scammed. The website is still active.

Took my money, no response, no confirmation email, nothing ! My stupidity for not checking before ordering. I even rang the number which the company is listed to and a rude man answered stating he did not know what i was talking about and hung up. After googling the number i found the company listed to a Czech printing company called CZ-SKD Solutions . No answer from their facebook page either . I also whatsapped the number which nobody replied either

AVOID! SCAM!
This site is most-definitely NOT legitimate - it is a scam site - after ordering and paying for 2 x CDS as a Christmas gift for my parents, I have not received the items, or had any response to my emails. This site is beyond cruel and has no shame in ripping people off - please avoid!!

SCAM :( Should have checked this beforehand, £15 down the drain!

has anybody had any luck getting money back from this scam company ? has anyone tried chargeback ? no way to contact anyone so please leave a review and i will read it

Do not use this company. Fraudsters, take your money and don't send the product. I didn't think to check reviews before placing the order.

I did not get a CD for my dads birthday he is very upset and so am I. SCAM!!!
