Try as I might, I never could get a photo with the requisite dimensions of 2 x 2 with the proper chin to crown distance. I finally gave up and got the photo done at a UPS store. It sounded good, but it turned out to be a waste of time and waste of money.

Great communication any high quality photos

Submitted head photo to Gov+ for passport renewal and it was rejected on two counts. I would like a refund credit on something that did not prove effective for my need.

Everything went very smoothly. I took a selfie and submitted it. It came back with a white background and looked great. I submitted it with my passport application on line and it was accepted. Nice and easy, fast and inexpensive.

I spent almost a complete day taking selfie that were rejected for various reasons by the State Department.I was very frustrated but then I saw the ad for fastpassphoto. I sent them one of the selfies that had been rejected and they edited it quickly, returned it, and I resent sent it to the State Department and they accepted it. Super easy process. Didn't have to leave my house. I am just very pleased. Thank you fastpassphoto!

Taking our passport photos with your online system was super easy, and they were accepted by the government online passport renewal site on the first try. This saved us a lot of time and money. The download was flawless. I used a laptop not a phone so it was very easy to drag and drop the photos. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this to anyone needing a passport or any other governement required photo. We will use you again, Thanks!.

The service was OK, but the original content of the download never came to me since I can't print my photos from my phone. I requested instructions on how I can do the passport online and then attach the photo to the form but I am happy with the service.

Taking my passport photo with online was easy and receiving the completed photo in a short time saved a lot of time. I would recommend this to anyone applying for a passport.

My husband and I paid CVS almost $50 to get passport pictures for our online passport renewal applications, and they were not acceptable. FastPass Photo was able to produce acceptable pictures quickly. For me, they went above and beyond because the CVS photo was taken too far away. I took a selfie, and they turned it into an acceptable photo. I highly recommend them.
