Tijdens het spelen sprong mijn saldo ineens van 36 euro naar 23 euro zonder dat ik iets gedaan had. I would not recommend this casino, especially for people who are susceptible for a gambling addiction. It is very easy to deposit lots of money but it is very hard to withdraw due to the restrictions. I deposited (a lot) and finally/luckely won it all back. I wanted to cash it all out but that was impossible. Even with my VIP status it would take months for the withdrawals. I begged for my withdrawal and explained I really needed my money but I had to do it with a lot of seperate withdrawals. Every withdrawal takes three logins so you are constantly at risk to gamble again. And after two weeks it happened: I lost it all. I know it is my own fault but this is the tactic of Cusco. Don't gamble here, they are happy to take your money but they make it almost impossible to get your money back

RTP is zero, it’s a real scam/mess

Original post :
Joined this casino one week ago and deposited thousands of euros.
The VIP Manager told me I have to deposit without bonification in order to receive a good bonus.
Today February 21, 2024 I deposited 2960.
The lady credited a bonus of 300 euros considering that it is big money.
She wasn’t even able to understand the relativity of the word « big ».
It is a miserable 10% whereas elsewhere I usually get between 25 and 30%.
I advise every single customer to never join this scam.
Slots seems rigged. The one I played is limited to 4 euros in term of bet. How can they advertise 96% as RTP (the same claimed by the provider) when the slots are constructed by the provider with bet amount going up to 100.
The 96% of the provider is a real RTP but it can not be advertised by the casino when bet is limited.
It is a matter of mathematics : for a slot with a high volatility, when you limit the bet to the tiny amount of 4 euros, you reduce the RTP to less than 80%.
I am a quantitative engineer and I know perfectly the statistical laws and how a slot is developed.
If any customer needs further information, I can elaborate.

My reply to casino response : I didn’t contest the fact that you are under licence.
I am just contesting your RTP.
You can not advertise the RTP announced by Pragmatic Play because the bet amount limit is 100 euros and not 4 euros.
I challenge you to prove your RTP is aligned with what your are communicating under the slot help.

You won’t take risk and you limit bet amount to 4 euros ? That’s your right.
However, in this case, you have two solutions :
1- you ask pragmatic to assess the RTP for bets under 4 euros : I am quite sure, the result will be more closer to 80% than to 96%,
2- you run yourself a large number of draws with a bet less than 4 euros, you find the long run RTP and you communicate it if you have the courage to (rather than the fake 96%).

As a conclusion, either you are rigging voluntarily the RTP or you didn’t realize that you are rigging the machine through limited bet.
In both cases, you can not attract people (millionnaires) like me.
Finally, regarding the VIP Manager, she was neither kind nor competent.
I left your casino because of her behavior.
She credited 10% on my deposit of 2960. When I complained, she claimed I received 20% if we count the cashback received one day before.
She thought I was stupid and that I will accept to combine a cash back based on my last week activity with a bonus based on a new deposit.
Obviously, she has a competency issue.

Finally, regarding the bonus rate, I did already reach 47% and in all cases more than 40% in all other serious casinos.
Also, your VIP Manager is just the worst among all other VIP Managers.
PS : I am ready to discuss further with the relevant person : a Manager who understands numbers, statistics and maths in general.
