Serviço de pós venda péssimo!
Fiz uma compra, e o código postal estava errado, quando vi q a encomenda não seria entregue, contactei a loja por e-mail para confirmar o endereço, já que no rastreamento falava que o envio estava em pausa pois precisava de confirmações do remetente. Mandei e-mail comunicando e confirmando o endereço, para que a loja podesse passar o endereço para o CTT e eles finalizar a entrega. E não tive resposta da loja, depois de alguns dias que a encomenda já tinha voltado para loja é que eles entraram em contacto para confirmar o endereço, e disse que já não podia fazer nada e que não iria reembolsar o valor pago. Achei muito injusto já que a encomenda voltou para eles, e poderia tee cobrado somente o valor da entrega. Não recomendo

I ordered 3 different type of pants (size L). They are not cheap! It took approximately 1 1/2 month to arrive. I kept asking for the status of my order. They kept giving me a run around, so I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They didn't. Still sent me the orders. When they arrived. OMG it was joke. They are like 3 sizes down. They are kid sizes. All 3 jeans were a Large, but they were ALL different sizes. I messaged them and asked them for an exchange, not even a return. They said they could not do. They said I had to pay for the return but it would be too expensive ( & not even give me an address for the return). They told me "here is a 20% so that you can purchase it again for a better size". That's how they play. It's better to buy from Shien or fashion Nova. You'll get better service and merchandise. Not for curvy people. CHINA BUSINESS. CHINA ADDRESS.

Lo cómoda y ajustadas que quedan

This company is doing false advertisement because their return policy said refund with in 30days. When I requested a refund, they stated they couldn’t do full refund only 30% as the company isn’t making money. (That’s not my problem). This should be in their policy then and if a customer still decides to buy then they had to choose. Also, they are making money if the customers requesting a refund are not receiving 70% of their money. Which to me is insane. I don’t recommend buying from them unless you don’t care you only receive 30% refund.

Ese es el mensaje que he recibido de ellos después de varios días, osea que lo de la devolución se lo pasan por el forro , una faja inutilizable porque viene extremadamente pequeña , he comprado fajas en otros lugares y jamás he tenido problemas, por lo tanto te hacen creer que si tienes inconvenientes con el pedido te dan solución y es falso, venden fajas si la talla no corresponde te la comes con papas, porque anuncian devolución en 14 días??? Claramente el mensaje lo demuestra ! Son unos sinverwenzas que las personas compren con ilusión y te roben de esta manera!
