Selling through curtesy has been a dream come true, as someone who stays very organized I go through my closet quite often and get rid of things I don’t like/wear anymore. Instead of thrifting things I paid a lot for I sell on curtesy. The app does everything for me and I’m able to sell things with also having time for work and what not.

Customer service was fast, I sell on a lot of platforms so I decided to try them out. They converted all my listings from Poshmark which were very easy as well.

Terrible terrible customer service. I was unaware that courtst only allowed you to have one account and I had my closet deactivated so I made a different account to sell on and they permanently banned me without communicating anything. I tried to appeal the ban and they just told me that I was not going to be able to without even trying to help me.

Selling in Curtsy is easy and simple. There aren’t scammers and a bunch of clutter. They take a higher fee that other apps but it’s still a good place to sell your stuff.

the curtsy team is always helpful and quick to respond. they resolve issues very quickly and their app is very user friendly. i have had a great experience selling and purchasing on curtsy and it is my favorite online thrift shop, it is much better than apps like depop, mercari, and poshmark

As a seller, I really appreciate that they provide a way to import listings from other platforms without using a 3rd party app. It’s also very nice that they offer a customizable option for automating price drops. All of the various reselling apps have their different pros and cons, and those two features really stand out to me as great advantages of Curtsy. In addition, there are no listing fees, and the commission taken from each sale is quite modest and reasonable. Most remarkable of all: should you need to contact customer service, you receive a reply quickly and warmly from an actual human- not a bot- on the very first try!
