I really like the convenience of the shipping label being available right when a purchase is made in order to ship it out as soon as possible. It saves time and is stress free to scan the label at the post-office for drop off. When I went on 6/11 to ship out a package it took all of 2 minutes.

Super easy to communicate with people and send or receive offers. It makes the buying and selling process so easy! Never had an issue on this app !

I have recently started selling on curtsy and my experience has been that it has been pretty simple to navigate, easy to communicate with buyers and overall pleasant. I am still figuring things out and learning my way around the platform so I’m sure things will only get better as I do so.

So far, service has been good. As an andriod user, I did have to use someone elses phone to even set up my store. I am not able to mark things shipped myself, as it can't be done on the web. I do think my profit is pretty darn low compared to some other platforms, but it is what it is. Im happy I have tried it out so far and hopw to continue to grow on the platform.

Curtsy my favorite app to sell on! I have better chances of having an item sell than other resell apps and my funds are always released quickly. Shipping is extremely easy as well. You just print the label, pack the item, and drop it off. Love curtsy!

I am fairly new to Curtsy and really like it. The app is very easy to use for listing. It always loads quickly and I have never experienced any glitches while using. Communication with buyers is easy. Any issues I have reached out to Customer service for have been addressed quickly and successfully. I have had some success with sales but I am working hard to build up my listings and establish myself as a trustworthy seller in hopes of increasing my success on the App. I get a few likes on my items but am hoping for increased customer engagement in the future. I think Curtsy is a great app, when selling anything they provide the right information and let you know as well things they suggest for descriptions and price. I love how they offer the option to promote your items by doing private offers to people that have liked your items. I think the customer service is great I always get feedback quickly which is very appreciated!

I’ve been selling for years and decided to try Curtsy, but the experience has been frustrating. They expect sellers to provide receipts for items that are 20+ years old, which is completely unrealistic—especially for vintage or long-owned pieces.

Not everyone keeps receipts for decades, and requiring that kind of proof makes it nearly impossible to list legitimate items. It feels like the platform doesn’t understand how resale actually works, especially for older inventory.

The app itself may be easy to use, but policies like this make it seller-unfriendly. If you’re dealing with vintage items or anything purchased years ago, this platform might not be worth your time.
