Curtains were excellent quality and delivered within seven days but after an initial e-mail to say the order was being processed I did not hear any more until the curtains appeared on my doorstep.
It would have been helpful to have ben informed when they were despatched.

I was pleased with the curtains and alterations and delivery was very good will go to them again

I ordered a pair of curtains on 28th March. I was expecting delivery within 7-10 days as stated on the email confirmation i recieved. The payment was taken immediately. I recieved an email a week or so later saying my curtains would be delayed until 24th April. By first week of may, still no curtains and no email to say where they are!! I email the company as i am getting worried that they have had my money and i have no curtains. I am told there is a problem with shipping and they are stuck with Customs, funny as the website says all the curttains are made in UK!!!!!. Anyway i finally recieve my curtains on 24th May. They are ok but nothing special.

Curtains are very good quality, were shortened to our requirements and look wonderful! Delivery was pretty fast too...thanks!

We ordered these curtains and received them within a week, they are really good quality curtains, I had to call customer services with a query and the lady that answered the phone was so helpful. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional service and great curtains.

i ended up phoning curtains4u as after an extra week of waiting after the given date, i was told i dont know i will have to find out where your curtains have got to and they said i will phone you the very next day. thats right you didnt bother. then i got told they made them from the wrong colour curtains and they will be getting sorted out straight away. another week went by and still no curtains. i phoned again and got told there being dispatched today and we will send a tracking code. 2 days later i got that email. couldnt run a bath, crap excuses, i wont bother again

In all aspects what was delivered is what I bought, I just needed heavier curtains, which is what I didn't understand about voile curtains!!! Good company to deal with though!

I am very happy with the quality and especially the value of my curtains. They look stunning and are better than expected for the price! I was a little disappointed with the lack of information regarding a delay in delivery, but when asked I received speedy responses.

Overall, very happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend. Would have given a 5 star review if there hadn't been a delay.

I bought this fabric to cover my new dining chairs, (have not done yet) I have a striped carpet and one feature wall in creams, beige and a small amount of brown. It feels very good quality and I,m sure it will look very good once the job is complete.

This was an easy site to access on line with plenty of colours and styles to choose from. Ordering was simple and delivery was on time. What more could you want when choosing curtains. I had a problem the curtains i ordered came made in the wrong colour material i phoned and was dealt with by a very polite and helpful girl who sorted everything out for me . Two days later i received my new curtains and they organised returning the wrong ones i was extremely impressed with the service.I have no idea who put this review on it wasn’t me

Prompt reply after ordering but a bit vague about delivery. Usually...7-10 days need to be more specific.
Lovely curtains which I had seen in local shop but they didn't do the longer length.

I needed longer length curtains and found curtains4u through a search engine. I found exactly what i was looking for and placed the order, which arrived within the time stated.
