Amazing service from Curtain Factory Outlet, excellent value and quality from start to finish. From the ladies in the store who helped me to find exact what I needed to Mitchell who fitted my curtains today! Cannot praise highly enough and would definitely return in the future and recommend to anyone who wants a first class service!

Requested she’s to be made for the bay curtsin. Although helpful in material selection, unfortunately the top measurement ( track) was taken incorrectly even though we provided the measurements on a piece of paper. It was my mistake not to check the invoice. When I mentioned this, the resolution was unsatisfactory. The mistake wasn’t acknowledged and the alternative option required more money to be spent. I am now left with a sheer which is not to my specification and satisfaction. The price wasn’t cheap either. Disappointing indeed!

We chose a lovely material at The Curtain Factory Outlet to have some bedroom curtains made. The curtains were made beautifully but frustratingly for us one was slightly shorter than the other. After a bit of discussion with the fab customer service and fitting team (Dave in fitting is so helpful), including a couple of home visits, we discovered it was actually our ceiling that was not level! Dean who manages the Outlet was brilliant and came over to our house and we discussed a few possible solutions. In the end their brilliant curtain maker staggered the length of the curtains to make sure it was all even. We are THRILLED with the result. Would highly recommend the Curtain Factory Outlet and I will be visiting again when we sort out our lounge blinds.

I ordered 2 samples 4 weeks ago. received one a week later with a note on the invoice saying the 2nd will follow. End of last week I phoned asking about my sample. I was told that it would follow, then today I received the same one as before. I wrote on the company page complaining and saying that I will not put a big order to them. I got a sarcastic email back by a "Sonny". No apologies. I shall never do business with these people.

Very kind, good advice on purchase. Very professional fitter. But messy customer service, issues with communication, never reverted about part of what I was looking for, so am going with a different vendor for the rest of the order. With a bit more effort could have been a great experience, instead ended sour.

I ordered and paid for 5 meters of fabric, but only received 4.5 meters. I contacted curtainfactoryoutlet.co.uk and suggested they compensate me or send additional fabric, they offered to send a courier to collect the fabric but this was of no use to me as I needed to make curtains up for my daughter (these are now shorter than intended). I asked again for at least the missing half meter so I could use it for cushions etc which seems only fair or to have a partial refund but received no response. Rubbish service and I've paid for goods not sent.

Excellent customer service and good quality fabric. I ordered a fabric in a colour I didn’t like. Sonny at the Curtain Factory Outlet replaced it for me really quickly. Communication was great. Will definitely buy from them again.

Poor communication about my order and unprofessional. Will not be using ever again. I had to drive 20 minutes to get my own order which I had to email and enquire about its whereabouts. No partial refund was given for the £5 delivery charge I paid. Ridiculous. I’ve never had such bad service from a company before. I thought I was getting scammed. Do not order from here

I have visited the Curtain factory outlet twice I the last couple of weeks. On both occasions I have had a very positive experience. Amazing variety of fabrics/ books to browse through, incredibly competitive pricing and the staff are very knowledgable and incredibly helpful, not to mention patient when I keep changing my mind!. I have bought and end of roll from the factory shop, placed an order which was delivered to my home within a few days and have placed on order over the phone. A very positive experience and I will definitely return when I am in need of more fabric - based on range of fabrics, choice, service and price why would I go anywhere else.

Bad customer service, parcel sent to the wrong address twice even though I spoke to them about it just before it was sent the 2nd time. I've ended up with a refund as I don't trust them to get the address correct a 3rd time. As I've used them in the past I thought they would be more sorry and offer some discount for the future but no, I feel that they couldn't care less by the very blunt email I received.

Excellent service. Contacted the company yesterday by telephone at 12.45, and the fabric arrived before 11am this morning. Will certainly use them again - very competitive pricing and friendly personal service

Great customer service, a good quality product and really fast delivery. I ordered curtain lining online and also called them for confirmation of delivery timeline. The man spoke to on the phone was so helpful, I should have asked his name. I am confident to recommend them.

Quick, efficient and good product

I ordered some fabric during the Covid 19 lockdown. I received a despatch notification 3 days later and received the fabric the following day. Very impressed and fabric was perfect and good measures. Thank you.

I placed an order with Curtain Factory Outlet for some fabric after ordering a few samples from them.
The dispatch time was 2 days which is good. The delivery cost was £7 which is not cheap. I was sent a confirmation email with tracking details but they were incorrect. I contacted Customer Services but they too gave me the wrong details. I had no idea when the parcel would arrive. I contacted Customer Services again but they did not reply for four days. In the meantime I got a "sorry we missed you" card in the post saying that I had to collect the parcel myself, with no other option. I had to drive and as it turned out it was a bulky item (not sure what a customer with no car would have done). The parcel had a name printed on it that was wrong and the store manager refused to give it me. It took some persuasion.
The fabric that was sent to me was slightly more than I ordered which is a good thing, but I believe that is how it came from the manufacturer. There was some colour variation with one of the two fabrics I ordered, but I had been warned about this, so it is ok.
I accept that the product itself is of a good quality, but that is down to the manufacturer (Warwick), I also accept that the price was really good! but Customer Service for me is key, and I do not think I am unreasonable to give just two stars for poor and unhelpful service in this day and age.I hope in the future other customers have a much better experience.
