Overpriced, poor service
Way overpriced, they use 3rd party agents to make up the curtains so it's pot luck if you get a good service/product and this is reflected in the quotes being 2 or 3 times higher than elsewhere. They do have their own installers but again they vary in competency so a second one had to be sent to correct the original mistake though still not quite right. Suggest you go to another upholstery store nearby, which quoted me less than half price for another product, was better quality and done in quick time too.

Just to clarify we do make most of the curtains in our workshop in Finchley, just across the road from the showroom.

Very sorry that you have not received sample and that my colleagues haven't updated you. I will investigate this for you now.
Choose a different company
Paid for a sample to be sent almost two weeks ago. Emailed and said I have not received the sample, they asked me to wait a few more days ! Sample still hadn’t arrived emailed again, took 48 hrs for a response to say having checked with suppliers it’s unavailable! Yet the material is still available from other companies. Complete waste of my time, would not recommend or use this company again.

The first set of samples didn’t arrive, I let them know and replacement was sent: both sets arrived shortly afterwards.
Very good response to my query.
Will no doubt order fabric from here in due course subject to competitive pricing at the time.
