Cured Pharmacy are efficient and knowledgeable. They give a wonderful, thorough service and support your weight loss journey. I've been with them a while now and I have no intention of changing my pharmacy provider.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Cured Pharmacy to think twice and look elsewhere.

I placed an order on 5th May and now, at the end of July, my order has still not been fulfilled. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a substantial refund that has not been returned.

I have contacted the company numerous times by phone and every single time I receive exactly the same response: "It has been sent to the finance team." Unfortunately, nothing ever happens after that. There is no follow-up, no timescale and no resolution.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. While the staff are polite, they seem unable to do anything other than repeat the same script. Weeks and now months have passed without my issue being resolved.

It is incredibly frustrating to have so much money tied up with a company that appears unwilling or unable to process a straightforward refund. Customers should not have to spend months chasing their own money.

There are many other reputable companies offering the same or very similar products. Based on my experience, I would recommend purchasing from one of those instead. I certainly will not be ordering from Cured Pharmacy again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Took money from my account for weight loss injection and then refused to send the product. No reply from email or calling. Do not use !!!

I've placed the wrong dose of my medication by mistake, got in contact with them straight away, they responded but did nothing to intercept the dispatch and then they didn't allow me to return. They'd rather lose a long term client than return £200. I won't be ordering from here again.

After having been paying £300 month for Mounjaro injection pen for several months, I ordered the same product after filling in the usual questionnaire and my bank account debited straight away and waited for the message telling me it had been despatched, it didn’t come so after 3 days I messaged them and it took several attempts to get response telling nd I needed follow up consultation to check on my weight loss etc. I explained I was experiencing very emotional upsetting family time and due to their service I had missed my injection day so I requested refund which they took another full day to reply to saying there would be £30 admin charge. It is now 8 days I don’t have my medication or my money their customer service is absolutely disgraceful they have no compassion or understanding that we have to plan to be home for receiving these deliveries so plan requests to fit in wth our times to be home or the injections are left out in blazing heat or get stolen into wrong hands. D0 NOT USE THiS COMPANY unless you have plenty of money to lose which I don’t they have caused me so much extra stress at a time in my life that I thought couldn’t get much worse. I still have not received my refund!!

stay away from this place,dont think its a real pharmacy,when asked about order i was being stalled for days and when asked for refund suddenly they needed I.D ,still waiting on refund and not answering me now!!!🤬

Omg I’m still waiting for my refund why hasn’t never use this company they never reply to you when you want a refund I’m still waiting for my refund and they want to charge me an administrative fee of £30 I’m not paying it the order was cancelled the day I placed it so they hadn’t even processed my prescription or sent it out stay away at all costs

Sensor lost signal repeatedly and fully disconnected within 3 days — retailer pointed me to the manufacturer instead of resolving it themselves.
Asked to cancel the subscription and support confirmed it was cancelled, in writing. Nearly three weeks later they charged me again on the same subscription.
No way to manage or cancel a subscription on their site either, so you're stuck emailing support and hoping they honour what they tell you.

I like the fact of quick response and delivery 👌. The only thing I will ask to be adjusted is the parcel. Each parcel that sent to me is not nice .as a crucial medication and quite expensive should be putting in nice wrapping parcel not in transparent waterproof. Please look into it properly. Thank you.

I could not believe how quickly I received my package wrapped and enclosed with ice packs to keep the medication cool absolutely brilliant I would recommend any one to use your pharmacy thank you 😊

Have been using cured Pharmacy for six months on a weight loss program and very pleased with the results and the excellent customer service including their easy to use web site and the sound advice of the pharmacists. Highly recommend Cured Pharmacy.

To start with the website is absolutely deplorable. Their pharmacy service isn't much better either. Placed an order, within 30 minutes I received an email telling me my order had been "cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances". They also claim to have refunded me, they haven't ! Not sure whether the faults with this company are due to incompetence, or outright dishonesty. AVOID CURED PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS !!!

I placed an order on 25th May, but after reading numerous concerning reviews, I became increasingly uncomfortable with sending private photos and made the decision to cancel. More than four weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund.

Since cancelling, I have sent numerous messages and made several phone calls in an effort to resolve the matter.

Responses, when they come at all, take days, and I can clearly see that messages are being read and then ignored. The level of customer service and communication has been completely unacceptable.

I have now been left with no option but to contact my bank, who are currently investigating the matter.

No customer should have to spend weeks chasing money that should have been refunded promptly. The fact that I have had to resort to involving my bank speaks volumes. They have also taken £30 off my order as “admin fee” which is a disgrace.

Based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering using Cured Pharmacy to read the reviews carefully before parting with their money. Four weeks on, I have received neither my refund nor any meaningful assistance. Extremely disappointing and incredibly frustrating.

I have since reported them to Trading standards and the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Took too long in getting back to me, stalling with the process, so when i asked for a refund they still have not sent it to me 2 months later and not responding to any correspondence i send them, would never recommend this company too busy taking your money than refunding or customer service
