I were informed about the progress regularly and my enquiries by emails or phone calls were responded in a timely manner. All the documents were processed accurately with no issues or errors ever noticed. In the end the sale completed on the day agreed with funds transferred to my account without any delay.

What an experience. Very slow getting back to you. Didn’t try to build a relationship/support us and didn’t even use our names in emails to have that personal touch. When we called up, we could never speak to our conveyancer, we were told they are not in today or in a meeting, and when we requested callbacks we wouldn’t get them. Lots of delays. We were asked to sign paperwork at the last minute so we had to rush around to get signatures, even though they told us that everything was ready. Such a lack of communication and we were constantly chasing.
We are still waiting, months after completion, on all our documentation from our sale and purchase which is shocking and we paid to have this electronically. Where is our legal paperwork?? The whole journey in this field is stressful as it is but Cunningtons added to it. Would not recommend.

It’s taken me nearly a month post house sale and purchase to write this so I could calm down, not write with anger and frustration, and instead just write my experience. I had a truly terrible experience with Cunningtons that caused delays and extra fees to extend and then renew RIC surveys. It was a straight property swap between family members that absolutely should not have taken 7 months. Responses were painfully slow and we constantly had to chase, the lack of help for how much we were charged was genuinely shocking, things weren’t checked by them in time, we were asked the same questions multiple times, they said we didn’t need things when we did for the sale to through which caused further delays. We eventually complained about the terrible experience and did get some compensation back, but I would have paid double to avoid the stress and frustration caused by the whole experience. Maybe we just had a bad solicitor, but it’s 100% put my partner and myself off ever using the company again.

Cunningtons were brilliant throughout the whole process of selling and purchasing our properties. Sarah and her team were so helpful whenever we had any questions by email or phone and always kept us in the loop with everything that was going on. Would highly recommend!

Cannot fault Cunningtons, the second time I've used them. Always on hand to answer any questions/queries. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommended my daughter and sister who are both using Cunningtons and they are very happy too. Highly recommend if you need a good solicitor for buying or selling.

The sale of property.

Elderly Mum had to sell home following death of Dad and Kate's empathy, support and understanding was truly appreciated. Kate and her colleagues were very professional and made the whole experience as least distressing as it could be.
The whole process was completed in 3 months.

We went through a stressful eviction case but Jon from Cunningtons was always very efficient and transparent: our queries and communications were always dealt with promptly. Importantly too, Cunningtons really did only charge us a fixed fee with no nasty surprises in the end.

Ahilan is the kindest, most professional solicitor I have ever had. He really is amazing. He worked really hard on the purchase of my new home and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed and happy with the process. Despite the difficulties with my move, Ahilan was always there to reassure me. The lady at reception was also amazing.

We cannot recommend Cunningtons enough. We had a very stressful sale which was out of our control. Ravi, Fahmida and Javairia gave an outstanding service. Phone calls and emails were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
