Ordering was easy and my question was answered promptly and satisfactorily. The items were delivered quickly and the product is excellent. I ordered the waterproof pants and they are a perfect fit. I bought them to wear in Finland this Christmas so haven’t tested them in the snow and cold yet but I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.

Good quality trousers can’t wait to try them out.

I ordered online. The waterproof trousers arrived well within 48hrs of me placing the order. It was my first order and am very happy with the trousers. Good quality, the fit is true to size, and the are warm! Due to the warm and dry weather at the moment, I have yet to wear them for their intended use at the stables in the wet, dreary winter, however. As a British Grooms Association member I also received a 10% discount, which was a very nice, and much appreciated, touch. Thank you to the team at Cuddlr.

Good quality but I didn't receive my socks?

I was a little worried as the trousers I ordered were coming from overseas, however I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They seem to be good quality and fit well. Sadly they were damaged in transit, but Cuddlr responded quickly to my email and have arranged for a replacement pair to be sent. Customer service has been excellent.

Very cosy trousers - the long length option is great. Excellent service and communication.

Really pleased with the trousers will be great for cold water swimming season. Fit well, being petite having different length choices is brilliant! I went for size small 30” leg in cuffed. Length is perfect. I’m 158cm and a size 10. They are roomy but fit really well, could wear leggings under. Super fast delivery too.

The trousers are not suitable for after cold water swim . No way will
Pull up legs even bigger size . Think it’s because inside is a lining and it bunches up . For me waste of money I felt misled

I bought the windproof/waterproof fleece lined trousers and they are fabulous. Size wise they were spot on and so comfortable and cozy.

Ordered another pair after buying a pair previously. Ready for winter on a farm doing horses these are invaluable to keep me warm and dry and prevent the dreaded leg chilblains. Easy to put on and great over boots.

I was blown away by the warmth comfort and lightweight feeling of the jacket and trousers. They are fantastic waterproof wind proof and look great too. I'm so happy with them that I am going to buy a second per to work while these are being washed or dried. Top class in highly recommended for all the equestrians.

Only 4 **** so far, as eagerly waiting for my trousers and free woolly hat to arrive. Very helpful in guiding an older not as good on-line user as the young 'uns and advising which size and style would be perfect for me.
I will check back in a couple of weeks when i have received my order to hopefully upgrade to 5 *****
