Cuddlr Omdömen

Regular contact throughout the process when the item of clothing was not in the style I wanted was ongoing and reassuring. Then advised when the item was in stock made purchasing so much easier, and then due to the time I had to wait.. bought it with the discount code which took the sting out of international postage price. The delivery of my package arrived bang on time. Thrilled with the service. Very well packed and presented. The item is so well made. Not cheap and nasty and wearing them is just so comfortable and snug. On top of this... wearing them up the Snowy Mountains where my Brumbies are (agisted there and safe from the governments helicopters and guns) I didn't have to wear my thermals! The lamb wool lining made it a joy! Not itchy, just snug and so warm without being too hot. I'll definitely be buying again soon!

Shipped the wrong size. Other than that, the quality, shipping time, etc. was good. The trousers run slightly small.

Very quick delivery to New Zealand. Brought them for winter motorbike riding, and are excellent, suit for purpose. Warm and cosy

Very pleased with my waterproof trousers, can't wait to try them out when it gets cold!

Absolutely love the pants and jacket great fit true to size. Very fast delivery.

Can’t wait to use them.

Received exactly what I ordered and it fit as described. Fast shipping.

I received the pants and jacket and both arr wonderful! The fact that you can remove the sleeves and hood is fantastic. They are both very warm. I plan on using both in Alaska.

Just received my order. It arrived super fast and although I haven’t taken my hat and trousers out wild swimming yet just having a look at it you can see the quality. I’m going to be super toasty this winter 😊

Excellent customer service.

The mistake that I made was rectified in 25 mins on a Saturday!

A level of Service rarely seen nowadays!

Highly recommended.

The pants I bought are excellent, the gloves I bought with the pants are lovely and with buying a small size, they actually fit me. Which is unusual for me. The customer service was great al9ng with the contact from them. Great product. Thanks.

Clothes arrived on time and were great quality for the price. Really happy with the purchase.

These pants are VERY well made and fit me like a glove.
Delivery was quick and the item was well-packaged.
I am looking forward to seeing how they handle a Michigan winter!

The main part of my order came quickly and the fit is true to size, the trousers are going to be cosy in the winter.

Huge improvement on customer service. Originally had issues with returns with replacement or refund but Mike when he learnt about the mistake he absolutely went over and above to correct it. He was fabulous to deal with and totally surprised me with how helpful they are to satisfy the customer. Very happy with the outcome & now I've got my waterproof cuddlr trousers for the remainder of our winter here. Thank you Mike & Cuddlr, v much appreciated 🙂

I had a slight hiccup with a delivery date and Mike personally sorted it out for me, going waaay above and beyond to help. Can’t fault the service in any way. And the trousers? Best thing I’ve ever bought for my horsey job- they really are excellent.

Exactly what l wanted. Great communication from the supplier, very good delivery and updated info concerning arrival. Excellent packing in zip loc bag. Pants fit perfectly. Zip on legs great idea.

Kept up to date with all stages from selection to delivery. Good product

The ordering process was very easy, and my order arrived quickly. This is the first time I've tried Cuddlr, and the socks are amazingly soft and warm. Can't wait to try them this winter. I did order the pants and they're very soft and warm but I ordered a size too large so they are being exchanged for a smaller size. But, I think they'll be perfect for our Michigan winters!

I just received my Cuddlr pants and they are sooo good. Very well made and super warm for those cold days in the paddock. I am 160cm tall and 63kg. I brought the small petite cuffed pants but could have sized up to a medium as I would not be able to wear other pants underneath (but they are great on their own). Fast shipping to NZ also. Very happy with my purchase, very good price. I highly recommend these.
