We’re sorry that the second charge came as a surprise. A subscription is not required to purchase from us we offer both a one-time purchase option and a discounted subscription option. The subscription carries a lower initial price because it includes a minimum commitment of two deliveries. The recurring price and delivery frequency are displayed when that option is selected at checkout and are also included in the confirmation email sent after purchase.

The $62 payment was therefore the scheduled second subscription order rather than an unexpected charge added separately. Once the two-delivery commitment has been completed, the subscription can be cancelled to prevent further renewals through the Manage Subscription section.

We also take concerns about customer reviews seriously. We do not want anyone to feel misled, and we appreciate feedback that helps us make the purchase options and recurring terms even clearer. However, an order is only completed after the customer selects the product, enters their payment and delivery information, and confirms the purchase at checkout. We cannot place an order or charge a card without those steps being completed by the customer.

We always recommend reviewing the order details carefully before submitting payment. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded simply because it was placed accidentally, as the parcel has already entered the shipping network.

Return forms are only provided when an order meets the applicable return requirements, so they are not automatically available for every purchase. We understand that mistakes happen, but describing the website as a scam because an already-dispatched order could not be cancelled is not an accurate representation of what occurred.

Our team can only work with the official tracking information supplied by the delivery company. If a customer believes the parcel was left in the wrong place, taken after delivery, accepted by someone else, or delivered to an incorrectly entered address, the correct next step is to contact the carrier and check with neighbours, reception, household members, or the local delivery office. We do not control what happens to a parcel after the carrier confirms delivery.

We also reject the accusation that the reviews on our website are fake. Customers are free to leave both positive and negative feedback, as this review itself demonstrates.
