The engineer was really helpful and professional
The engineer was really helpful. Kept me updated on when he will get to me, explained the problem to me and what to do in the future. He was also very polite and friendly and adhering to covid rules. Very happy with the professional service.

The service we received from the…
The service we received from the engineer that came to fix our boiler was absolutely first rate. He arrived promptly despite it being out of normal working hours, was polite, professional, covid aware in his working practices and extremely thorough ensuring that our heating system was back up running. We would highly recommend him.

The engineer was very efficient and helpful
The engineer was very helpful, efficient and polite. Homecare kept us informed at every step of our call-out, including any delay in ordering parts etc. Also very thankful that they managed to priorities mending our boiler given I had just returned from hospital with Covid pneumonia which would definitely not have been helped by a cold house!

Boiler Problems Sorted
My boiler stopped working it was a complicated problem these guys were professional and knowledgeable. They fixed both issues in a timely fashion with a clear explanation and a ready smile. Would definitely recommend
