You are an unacceptable company !!! I ordered the big Christmas tree and received the very very small one! I sent an email and got no response! The company is a monkey and does not exist! Do not make any purchase !!! Same on you!!!

Έπεσα κι εγώ θύμα πλεκτάνης και εξαπατήθηκα.
Περίμενα κι εγώ να παραλάβω το περιβόητο ηλεκτρικό Χριστουγεννιάτικο δέντρο με φώτα, και παρέλαβα μία τρίχα από τα @ρχίδι@ του δένδρου. Δυστυχώς έχασα σχεδόν 35€ και γέμισα απογοήτευση τα παιδιά μου που το περιμένανε πως και πως.
Λυπάμαι που υπάρχουν τέτοιοι άνθρωποι που κοροϊδεύουν τον κόσμο παίζοντας με τις αθώες ψυχούλες των παιδιών (μια και τα Χριστούγεννα είναι κυρίως γιορτή για τα παιδιά), δίχως τσίπα και μένουν ατιμώρητοι.
Φυσικά το site δεν υπάρχει πουθενά.
Είμαι εξοργισμένος...........
Μην αγοράζεται τίποτα από αυτούς, είναι ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ.

My mum purchased the six foot magical christmas tree for me as a suprise - what I received was a suprise Indeed. The "tree" I received in the post is around 30 centremetres in height and didnt even come with all the plastic bits for the stand so doesnt even stand up lol....I have put the tree up in my office for lolz and have added some twinkle lights. Right now its sort of sadly leaning against a wall so it doesnt fall over....its so pathetic looking, its funny

You will receive what looks like a branch off a tree which then opens up into a desktop pathetic copy of a tree with 3 plastic pieces as a stand.
Cannot believe I fell for this purchase. The Company are meanwhile raking in the pre-Christmas idiot shoppers, like myself and all others who have left similar Reviews. OMG !!!
Before then closing up as they are not a Legit Business.
I asked for a FULL REFUND, but I think I will have to whistle for that one!

Ordered a 6' Magical Christmas Tree on the 23rd of September 2021. What I received today (27th October 2021) was a scrawny 12" excuse of a Christmas Tree. I appealed with the Merchant (who collects and forwards the payments), because the Scam company that is CSSHOUSES, do not reply to e-mails, and the merchant has just e-mailed to say that I have been refunded the full amount and it will be in my bank in 3-5 days.
I suggest all of you that have been ripped off to start a dispute for a refund.

This company is committing fraud! I ordered a 6ft remote-controlled Christmas Tree, what I got was a 16inch Christmas tree, no remote nothing. I also ordered a ladies Jacket off them too, that too is nothing like I ordered! You would give it to a thrift/second-hand shop, It's shabbily made fleece and not good quality either. I have emailed their customer services but email comes back as unknown! I tried to pay via Paypal but it wouldn't go through so I paid with my card, now the bank won't refund me unless I send the goods back but there is no contact details so I'm stuffed!
They are a scam. Please don't buy from them!
We ordered a 6 foot xmas tree with LED lights and a remote that opens up the tree.
We waited for over a month and recieved a 24 inch tree with no lights or anything.

I ordered a 6ft light up remote controlled Christmas tree from Csshouses.com I got a 24inch tree that dose absolutely nothing the reviews I got from them were excellent and as I did all the checks I couldn't think of doing it was not enough .
