Unacceptable experience — no product, no refund.

I placed an order and was charged immediately via PayPal. No tracking information was ever provided. When I contacted the seller for an update, I was told the order had been “cancelled.”

Despite cancelling the order, they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they offered 125% store credit, which is not a valid resolution when a customer has not received their purchase and no longer trusts the business.

When I insisted on a refund, I was told they were unable to process it and that I would need to contact PayPal myself.

At this point, I have paid for an item I never received and have been forced to open a dispute to recover my money.

This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this seller’s practices. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered a statue as a gift for someone. Order placed March 1st, and I paid extra for expedited 2-day shipping. 2 weeks later it still was not shipped and there was no update from the company. They promised it would be shipped on or before the 13th - it was not. When I reached out again, they said the item is now not available at this time. I asked for a refund, they said yes and that it would be processed in 1-2 business days. A week later there is still no refund and they said their PayPal system isn't working. They offered a store credit instead of a refund - I said no, I would like my $120 back as a refund. Over 3 weeks of dealing with this company and no item or refund. I will never purchase from them again.

I would give zero stats if it was an option. I ordered from walmart. For whatever reason..... my hot tub came from Christmas central. The heat pump has not worked correctly. I was told it was under warranty for a year. They said "no" only 30 days. I weren't Eben looking for a refund. I wanted them to send me another pump.... which is probably a whole lot cheaper than a refund. I will always double check my orders from walmart from now on. Make sure it's NOT from this company

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 6 battery-operated pre-lit wreaths-they sent me plug-in. Would not send a return label-if I want to return, it will cost me $44 for an $88 order!

Seems as if they are doing the ol' bait and switch. The prices listed on the front page image was different than it actually was. All of their items are listed at 75% off and then when I went to order, everything was significantly more expensive then what it was advertised as. After questioning the different prices, they sent me to their 'sale page' saying that these are the items that are currently on sale. EVERY single item had conflicting prices. My cart went from under $300 for my 6 items to almost $850! Seems a bit sketchy!

I would give a 0 if it was an option. I do a lot of online shopping. I have never encountered a company that does not give an estimated shipping time. EVER! I emailed them 30 seconds after submitting my order and explained the time frame in which I needed the merchandise. I received responses that were of no help whatsoever. I should have canceled the order then but I continued to reach out hoping to get an answer. I will never order from them again.

Christmas Central is not a reliable company. Don’t order from them. I ordered a small Christmas tree from them. They sent a different tree than I ordered and a cheaper one! In addition, it didn’t even work ( light up). I initially was going to have them send another but notified them I wanted a refund. This was a day before they they went ahead and sent it anyway. I called them and they refused to send me a return label for the tree I said I didn’t want. Nothing but a hassle with this company. Buy a tree elsewhere!

Buyer beware! Christmas Central does not pay return shipping for broken merchandise! Bough2 porch lanterns at a cost of $155. They both had issues on had an unseated candle the other had a glass side not seated properly. This company does not issue prepaid shipping shipping labeled and told me to send back via any carrier of my choice I thought they would reimburse the cost . I purchased them from Amazon and did not realize I was dealing with this company as a third party seller. Amazon customer service did reach out for me and many email went back and forth. It is their policy that they do not reimburse shipping even on broken merchandise! It cost me $96.96 for shipping . My recommendation would be avoid doing business with Christmas Central .Also be aware they are third party sellers on other sight. Avoid them!

Items they ship do not match the description.
The Candolier I ordered was described as having a timer, 8 hrs on/16 off. What they sent was a light sensor one in a damaged package & a light bulb pulled out of the socket. Not worth the hassle of sending back.
Last year, I ordered a tree stand. It was the wrong one according to the description. I returned it for a replacement twice. Finally they refunded my money & told me to keep the tree stand they kept sending me. I donated it to a thrift store.

I bought a gargoyle water fountain as a gift for a friend who liked mine (which I purchased years ago from a reputable company). What I received from Christmas Central for $165 was a shoddy knock off. While the base is the same as my original, the top gargoyle component is a cheap replica made of flimsy plastic.
Sham, scam, they don’t give a damn.

Ordered 3 push carts for golf. I was skeptical about the site to begin with, but gave it a shot. I received an email that the products were damaged during the process time and I would not be receiving them. Not surprised but kinda bummed!

I bought an item with this company with 1 day shipping. already pass 1 week and nothing happened , I already call 2 times customer service with no solution, ( the same person told me one thing 2 days ago and now the told me to wait more 5 days, then i request to talk with a manager, for my surprise he told me for the second time, the manager is not there. Don't loose your time with this company!

I've been buying from Christmas Central for a few years now. I'm always pleased with their merchandise and prices. Also good and fast shipping. This is the last week in February and I already have a list in the shopping cart again. Great customer service also. I just read some of the reviews 03-12-25. First I'm shocked at some of these terrible things that people have said about Christmas Central. I really have been buying from them for so many years I've lost count. I have never, ever had a bad experience or bad customer service from them. I really don't believe the things are even true that I read today. I still think they're great. And I always love the FAST SHIPPING! And GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! With all of my experience with them I just don't believe any of those bad things are true. I must have ordered from them dozens of times over the years. I just dare you to try them, you won't be sorry.

I have been waiting over two weeks from the time the return was RECEIVED until today with absolutely no refund. 5 or 6 days after receipt to issue a refund? Unreasonable.

Terrible product. 28 in artificial poinsettias were crushed and broken. Don't be fooled by the voluminous presentation in their pictures, These things look emaciated. And to top it off only a white Styrofoam holder.

Don't bother with this produxt or company, its a sham presentation on their website for a sham product.

Avoid, go elsewhere.

I ordered 3 pillows. They sent me 3 pillow covers and 3 pillow inserts but one of the inserts was the wrong size for the cover. Back and forth with the “help” desk and they wanted me to take time out of my day to ship back an item that was their mistake. Buyer beware!!

overpriced, too cheap to pay any shipping at all... bought 2 $30 items... a tree topper and lights. They charged over $35 to ship it, it took a week, and the topper was broken. to get a refund I have to pay shipping again back to them. Horrible customer service. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PIRATES. YOU'LL GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON, WALMART, ETZY, ETC, ETC, ETC...

I have been ordering a Christmas Snowglobe for several years to give away as gifts.
Decided to try Christmas Central as they had it on sale.
Unfortunately, the music function wasn't working on mine. When I contacted CC they said that I was responsible for return shipping. 😔
Due yo this poor customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Terrible company. You have to pay for shipping of all items and if you need to return. They charge you to ship it back plus you don’t get original fees retuned to you. Such a scam. Avoid this cheap low class company.

I was very surprised to see all the poor reviews. My experience was quite the opposite. I placed an order for some commercial led lights and it arrived promptly and the lights were really nice, good quality lights.
