Excellent Service
We needed a plaque to present at a church for a big anniversary and Crystal Images not only came through, but the quality was amazing! They had the color that we needed in stock and the professionalism was outstanding. Our church has used this company many times over the years and we remain impressed.

Found the PERFECT Texas gifts for our event!
After searching day after day for hours on end for the perfect Texas giveaway gift for an upcoming meeting, I finally found what I needed at Crystal Images! I would recommend their great Texas gifts for any event you're holding, especially if it's Texas based or Western themed, although they have other great items as well!

Your retail 20% ANN19 discount and the lack of set up charge means you are selling cheaper at retail than you are to wholesale customers?? Adding a $35 setup to wholesale customers makes wholesale $12.50
more cost than retail cost??? Poor decision made by management

We sell to retail customers as well as wholesalers. We ran a temporary sale when customers purchased awards at retail price through our online store.
Wholesale customers may choose to receive a consistent, discounted rate for their purchases year-round with a setup fee in lieu of paying retail prices. If a wholesale customer is ordering from us regularly throughout the year, their discounted rate will more than make up for any temporary sales we may offer to the public.

excellent customer service and great response time
Melanie was very helpful and provided great customer service. The response time is exceptional as she responded the next morning. The graphic draft and edits were returned immediately and the order was completed within one business day. She answered questions in a timely manner as well as overnighted my product with no rush fee. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will be doing business with them again.

So Glad I Found Crystal Images!
My company has been using a "Stanley Cup - like" trophy for years, to document the winners of our President's Safety Award. The person that did our engraving for all of these years retired and left us searching for options to continue our tradition. I contacted Crystal Images to ask for help and could not be more please with our transaction. Their employees were helpful and courteous; additionally, there was virtually no difference in the engraving styles and they completed the project in a timely manner (and did all of that at more than a 75% savings from our previous vendor).
I will be back next year to utilize their services again.
