Recommended by a friend. Easy to book a prompt appointment. Only one issue; access a bit of a struggle for 96 year old mum but practitioner on hand to help. Lovely welcome, excellent environment. Rebecca was professional, patient and totally reassuring. Procedure carried out with full explanation given. Mum wears hearing aids but wasn’t hearing due wax build up. Immediate relief so important for mum and the family. Huge thanks; we highly recommend the service

Friendly efficient and solved the problem

After feeling unwell due to balance and vertigo I was recommended to call the clinic to get an appointment. The whole process and treatment was superb from start to finish, the team were so responsive and showed empathy and compassion to the problem I had with my ear. They explained what was happening and why I had been poorly then gave great advice on how best to look after my ears in the future. I would recommend this clinic - absolutely superb!

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and professional, and put my 89 year old Dad at ease with her friendly conversation and explanation of his condition. As a retired healthcare professional myself, I can honestly say that I was all round impressed with Rebecca and the service! Many thanks

Excellent Service, Initially recommended from a friend on social media . My right ear was intermittently blocked and slight loss of hearing due to wax build up turned out it was 100% wax build up in that ear and 90% in my left ear . All wax removed from both ears and full hearing returned in my right ear will definitely be using this service again as agreed in a yrs time as advised.

First time having the ear wax removing so i was a little apprehensive but I was welcomed by Rebecca who talked me through the procedure.
The procedure lasted about 20 minutes and once done I could tell the difference.. I no longer had any discomfort.
The only problem I have now is I can hear when I'm being moaned at more clearer. If you are looking for a similar procedure I would highly recommend.
