Very professional friendly and always given good advice

First time having the ear wax removing so i was a little apprehensive but I was welcomed by Rebecca who talked me through the procedure.
The procedure lasted about 20 minutes and once done I could tell the difference.. I no longer had any discomfort.
The only problem I have now is I can hear when I'm being moaned at more clearer. If you are looking for a similar procedure I would highly recommend.

Finally she carefully clears your blocked ears and you feel amazing.
