Very helpful and patient

Been going to Crystal ear for a couple of years now. The clinic is immaculate always such a friendly welcome. Rebecca always talks through what she is going to do and makes you feel so at ease.

Having experienced wax removal a number of times I can honestly say this was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had. I felt so little discomfort and the nurse was so informative and helpful I would totally recommend the company to anyone who suffers as I do with ear wax problems .

I was made to feel very relaxed by Rebecca and she explained everything in detail prior to examining my ears. During the extraction of wax from my ears each step was explained in detail. The visit was very beneficial for myself as my hearing has improved after the removal of wax.

After years of ear/hearing issues a visit to Rebecca has been literally life changing - sounds cheesy but it’s true - people take their hearing for granted and adapt when necessary but when it’s returned to you - it’s amazing - Rebecca is kind, gentle, professional and makes you feel at ease from the first smile when she welcomes you into her clean and comfortable environment - everything is done at the patients pace following discussion and easy to understand explanations of clinical details - any thoughts of procedures or treatment can raise anxiety levels however Rebecca effectively manages the time with her to ensure your comfort, safety and care - well recommended for 5 Star treatment

I had an ear infection & had seen the GP twice & taken two courses of antibiotics. On the last visit the GP said that the infection was gone, but I still had total loss of hearing in my left ear and was in a lot of pain. A family relation recommended that I should see Rebecca, so I made an appointment using their online booking service, which was an easy and simple process. As a first time visitor to Crystal Clear Ear Clinic, I was very nervous, but when I walked in, I was met with a lovely welcoming smile & felt immediately at ease.
The clinic was very clean & had a very relaxing atmosphere about it, Rebecca herself was fantastic & took her time to explain exactly what she was doing & after a thorough examination, she explained that I still had an ear infection. She wrote to my GP surgery with her findings, which included photographs that she had taken of the infected ear drum. Within 24 hours of seeing Rebecca, I’d been contacted by, and had an appointment with a specialist nurse, at my GP surgery & subsequently given the “correct” antibiotics & had a swab taken.

This was all down to Rebecca’s professionalism and knowledge & if I hadn’t made the decision to visit the Crystal Clear Ear Clinic, I would have almost certainly lost my hearing in that ear.
I simply can’t recommend Rebecca enough & even the specialist Nurse I saw at my GP’s, was full of praise for Rebecca, commenting on how detailed the report was & the speed at which it had been written and sent to them.

I wanted to take the time to write a detailed review, as I think it’s important to point out the level of expertise that Rebecca has & I will always be grateful to her.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient, definite improvement to my hearing.

The staff are excellent very patient to the clients needs especially those with additional needs

I went for the first time on 6th May & Rebecca was wonderful. Her clinic is pristine & she explained to me what she was going to do step by step. I have ear issues which she took on board giving me information to help my condition. The treatment was pain free!! I will be going back on a regular basis to have the procedure & would recommend Crystal Clear Ear Clinic without hesitation
