Crw Airsoft LTD (London) Omdömen

Fantastic company, increadibly good prices, very quick postage and very responsive customer service.

Customer Service is 2nd to none -
Recently broke a park for my GHK G5 (already a pain to find parts for this gun as most retailers sell out very quickly)
On his website the part showed “out of stock” but upon reaching out was met with an immediate response to say he will try his best for getting the part I need (a tiny pin for the trigger unit)
Great response times, realistic expectations, nothing more I could ask for personally, 5/5 stars and a 10/10 experience overall

I have had one of the best customer experiences of my life.

I bought an airsoft toy from them which came quickly and at a great price. I then needed a part for the toy, that was not easy to get. I tried multiple retailers and the manufacturer and was left wanting. Out of desperation, i contacted CRW and although initially the part was still not available, they remembered me 6 months later when they had the part available and contacted me.
Fantastic customer service there.

Great place to find parts that can hard to find or are rare also excellent customer service.

Great communication over email, and fast response time.

Purchased replica (could not find cheaper retailed for it in UK, saved over £70) and already got few extra items lined up, which I would need to import otherwise, as it doesnt seem that anybody else in UK has. Great prices in general.

Really recommend it and looking forward to future purchases!

Great Shop, would recommend for sourcing any parts for custom builds. Speedy delivery too. Will shop again soon!

I Ordered 2 Tokio marui parts for my Akm and they came in perfect conditions

Fantastic customer service and great communication throughout the purchase. Needed this next day as another retailer let me down and it arrived within 12 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Called the company beforehand to check for some specific magazines, the guy over the phone was extremely helpful and answered my query leading to me ordering shortly after, even called after making the order to check if I had enough as the website was showing the incorrect number available, great service, easy to use website and great selection of airsoft equipment!

Immediately sent the tracking order and had it posted same day!

100% will be ordering again for some more parts after payday.

Friendly, helpful and efficient customer support is a must for me in businesses and Crw I'd say has it down. Made a mistake with a purchasing option, contacted them and they helped resolved it very quickly. They informed me when they would ship my item and supplied photos of it as well! Left me with a good impression.
Update Jun 18, 2024: Finally got my package, it is a dummy PVS-14 model, completely non functional but great for looks and is built good in itself. Packaging is done well, encountered no problems with pieces missing or damage.

An absolute bunch of amazing people for a company that needs more love. They are extremely efficient at the work that they put, and just by getting my first order I am already thinking about placing a second order, knowing that this is a company to trust.

A very honest company. Extremely well packaged items with top notch quality service!
Good communication and lovely friendly
customer support!

Would definitely buy from this store again!

I recently placed my first order for WE Tech parts for a WE Browning HiPower Airsoft pistol. It was easy to order on the website and received prompt and helpful email communication from Edwin.

I would recommend this company.

Thank you CRW Airsoft !

I approached CRW to see if they could source a part, as every other store I’d been to was out of stock and unable to tell me when they’d receive a new supply. I didn’t hold out much hope, however CRW was able to source the part (from Japan no less!) and ship it to me. Incredibly impressed and will definitely use them in the future 👍

Excellent, knowledgeable and speedy service. A good range of airsoft equipment and spares. Will definitely use the company again.

Extremely Knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer the questions I have, great pricing, constant updates regarding delivery times and overall very friendly, would highly recommend!!

Following my first positive interaction with CRW it was an easy decision to approach them for more items that they were holding in stock. I used WhatsApp to contact them about a specific item and received an immediate response with additional information about the item and also other parts that were not currently on their website. Long story short … the I made the purchase … the parts were packaged dispatched almost immediately and arrived in good time. I can’t fault their service and the products they have are excellent. Highly recommended as a provider of top rated gear.

An airsoft website which is UK based probably stocking the cheapest parts for your airsoft needs, really good selection and was happy to see the parts that I needed was there.

Great seller, easy to get in touch with and dispatches items very quickly. Recently bought two threaded outer barrels from them.
