Nie mehr wieder! Wir haben für viel Geld eine Winterjacke gekauft! Sie kam nach 2,5 Monaten! Keine Knöpfe wie abgebildet, kein Aufhänger, der Stoff löst sich nach 2 Wochen auf! Wir wollen sie reklamieren aber es kommt keinerlei Antwort oder eine Reaktion! Haben es bereits mehrmals probiert! Meine Tochter ist mehr als enttäuscht!

I ordered my jacket 26th of November and i got it after 2 months. Very Long delivery I dont recommend them. I wrote e-mails to them and never got a anwser about my jacket or refund my money.

FINALLY received the jacket after more than two months.. Ordered it beginning of November and received it at the end of January. So I've been waiting for more than 2 months, which is insane! While I do like the jacket, my experience with the brand is one of the worst experiences with a shop I've ever had.

I was so excited for the jacket I even used the early access code they provided, thinking this would guarantee me receiving the jacket. But it ended up being extremely useless because the jackets are made-to-order and there wasn't a deadline for ordering. I think there were too many orders which only delayed the whole process for everyone. This problem would easily be solved if they just had a limited drop, which also would make sense when providing an early access code.

After waiting for a couple of weeks, and it getting extremely cold due to the winter, I contacted their customer service with multiple requests for information and eventually requesting a refund. They responded either with an automated message or an extremely vague response that didn't answer any of my questions about my issue or a refund. They responded that they would come back to me when they found a solution for my issue, but did not come back to me at all! The customer service was super unhelpful and only added to my worry of the jacket not arriving.

Also finding out that the jacket would come all the way from China??? I was truly hoping the jacket would be shipped from Europe, as it is a UK brand. Makes me wonder the quality of the jacket and if the price I paid for it was worth it. To be honest, with all the trouble I went through and the fact that they offered no compensation, probably does not justify the money I spent on it.

Such a shame, cause I really do like the jacket! I don't really recommend buying from them, if you really like the jacket you might as well buy it from the many sellers on Vinted!

ordered my jacket on the 11 november it’s now 20 january and it still haven’t been sent, horrible customer service as well.

We ordered a puffer 3 weeks ago for my 16 year old son. On the email receipt they state 3 day delivery time (UK), we emailed several times with no reply to find out where the item was then started digging.

On their FAQs they state 4-6 week turnaround, no refund, no return, no cancellation AND they are not liable for items lost in the post. Many people complain about receiving the wrong size, poor quality and some not even receiving their item, or having to pay £80 customs fees upon arrival.

Spooked by our research, and still awaiting dispatch emails we emailed the company to cancel our order.

Within hours we got an email to say the item was being dispatched, and they completely ignored our cancellation request, and are now stating that we can’t cancel because the item has been dispatched.

Terrible customer service, terrible terms for the customer and from the looks of it an overpriced and overrated product.

Don’t order there! It’s just a huge scam after 7 Weeks i haven’t received my order and i have payed over 220€. Just don’t order there!!

ordered product on 24 November and still have not received it. no communication, no updates, nothing. they make a big hype about a product on socials and on their website, wait to get the orders and THEN only make the goods, which is not what customers are expecting. they take your money and don't tell you that there is actually nothing for them to send. total scam. when people ask for refunds on social platforms they flat out refuse. don't know if i'm even going to get the jacket i ordered and according to their website i cant even get a refund.

I bought a jacket on the 16 November and received it on January 5th. Ordered a size S and got a XXL. I have been reaching out on dm and email and I won’t get an answer.
Worst brand don’t even think of buying it’s a scam and u don’t even get a refund.

jacket came in a 6weeks (they told its 3weeks production - cap, they are cheap china materials with alot of sewing flaws, 3days delivery - cap, its like 10days) sewing flaws which u must cut by yourself, puffer jacket does not contain air innit so its halfway puffer, jacket is warm dont have any other flaws (the shinny v2 size medium says mdeium). anyways if you want a warm jacket (not that warm like napapijiri) which can change into vest and have some nice project on you which quality is not terrible you can spend 220€ on jacket, do it. if you looking for quality warm jacket on winter only go get yourself some napapijiri cause that jacket will not even come on winter

good evening, after multiple attempts to contact your after-sales service. I still have not had a real person who explains to me why my package is two weeks late. In fact I had ordered on November 24 and I was sense so receiving it two weeks ago I received neither jacket nor email confirming anything other than that I missed it. I therefore intend to file a complaint against you. Recover the amount I spent or more. Thank you goodbye. I will only respond to a human.

Tempi lunghissimi per le spedizioni, non rispondono ai messaggi e la qualità del prodotto non è chissà che. Peccato perché il brand ha un bel concept

Prodotto relativamente costoso arrivato dopo un mese direttamente dalla Cina, in un imbarazzante sacchetto grigio (tipico delle produzioni cinesi) privo di cartellino ed etichette interne obbligatorie per legge. Abbiamo capito che il sito funge da piattaforma di vendita e i capi vengono prodotti e spediti dalla Cina in base al venduto. Scandaloso per un brand che si propone elevati standard che poi non rispetta . Sconsigliato

Er der nogle som har fået deres varer fra dette firma. Har en ordrer som er mere en 1 måned gammel og der kommer ingen besked fra dem.

When trying to contact the company you end up speeking and discussing with an chatbot.

This is a fake shop, so that’s it with my money.

The product (paid 220 total) arrived after a month and a bunch, shipped directly from China.
The package was not in good condition and was also already open (the jacket container); The jacket is full of creases following packaging. The quality of the product does not reflect the price paid in the slightest.

Bestilte jakke den 26. November. Har stadig ikke modtaget jakken eller e-mail om at den er på vej. Pengene er hævet fra min konto. Har forsøgt at kontakte dem men de svarer ikke! Godt råd - ikke benyt deres hjemmeside.

ordered the fur zip up like 3 months ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet even though I got an email saying it's been shipped, every time I try to contact their support on their website they respond w some automatic message, don't buy from here ts a scam

If I could give null, I would with a pleasure. Absolutely ridiculous, do not buy! There's plenty of other more reliable companies on the market. Waiting 4th weeks for a decent response of when my order is going to be ready. This is the response I am given every time when I want something solid -

You can't ask for cancellation because apparently it's in production. So if its in production surely you should be able to tell when the jacket is going to be finished? You won't be able to ask for return Only if a jacket is faulty. Of a size is wrong you can try request a different one - subject to stock availability. What freaking stock?!

I bet they order them in China and wait for the transport and customs 🤣 its an absolute JOKE.
