forfærdeligt support fik købte en trøje da den kom var den istykker og så skrev jeg til dem og så ville det have mig til at lave et label og sende den og så ville jeg få fragten i store credit der sagde jeg nej og så skrev jeg om jeg os ville få de penge jeg betalte for at få trøjen og nu har de ikke svaret mig i 20 dage

Too long delivery and bad mistakes

I ordered a camo hoodie and blue jeans from Hcw. First of all it took 10 days before I had to write and ask what happened because I had only gotten the receipt. They then responded fairly quick, and said that they had had a problem with the stock numbers. They refunded the pants some days after but the delivery then also took a month. And the respond time took about 1-2 days. Now I’ve gotten the hoodie and love it, I just can’t look past this kind of distressing in the collar which isn’t seen on the pictures on the website, there’s no detail info either.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
As per other reviews I purchased I pair of Jeans for my son at £70 and they did not fit so wanted to return them and receive a refund. I have contacted the support email address multiple times along with the owner Felix Spooner direct on Instagram for refund process and had no response.
They should be not allowed to trade and I have researched a more formal way of reporting them as it seems my experience is not unique.

From Checkout to Blackout.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with Heaven Can Wait Clothing.

I placed an order on December 1st, 2025, and I am still waiting for one missing item. I have sent several emails and tried reaching out multiple times via Instagram, and I have received absolutely no response. The customer support is basically non-existent.

It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and then be completely ignored when there’s an issue. No updates, no explanation, no accountability.

While some of their designs are nice, the overall experience has been disappointing. One of the jackets even had a strong fish-like smell, which was very off-putting. Quality control and customer care should go hand in hand, especially for brands positioning themselves as premium or hype-driven.

At this point, I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t respond to customers or resolve basic order issues.

Very disappointed.

NIE POLECAM

NIE POLECAM! Czuję się oszukany! zamówiłem spodnie, przyszły jednak jak się okazało za duże. Zgłosiłem, że chce zwrócić, podali mi adres zwrotu i telefon dla kuriera. Do tej pory wyglądało na ok. Odesłałem paczkę ponosząc koszty zwrotu 150 z,ł a potem śledziłem jej drogę. Paczka dotarła do centrum logistycznego w Wlk.Brytanii i wtedy co kilka dni była próba doręczenia a następnie powrót do centrum i znów próba doręczenia i znów powrót i tak przez ponad miesiąc. Gdy po miesiącu napisałem do nich czemu nie odbierają paczki napisali, że nic nie wiedzą (adres i telefon wielkimi literami był na paczce) i że sprawdzą.
Następnego dnia paczka wróciła do Polski a ja musiałem zapłacić za jej drogę powrotną kolejne 146 zł. Po zgłoszeniu sprawy nikt nic nie odpowiedział. Gdy napisałem co myślę i że napiszę o ich polityce obsługi klienta, odpisali żebym sobie wyjaśniał sprawę z firmą kurierską bo oni pytali i paczki nie mają - no nie mają bo wróciła po 6 tygodniach do Polski.
Nie polecam!!! Kontakt utrudniony i tylko w momencie gdy im pasuje! Uważam, że są oszustami i po prostu żerują na nieświadomych klientach!

Servicio al cliente inexistente

Actualizo a 5 de marzo me han devuelto el importe del pantalón .

Poor quality, poor customer service

I purchased an item from them that was faulty. Unable to put an arm inside the sleeve . Sent 6 emails and no response. Offered me a partial refund through PayPal less than 40 % of the value paid . Awful customer service

Missing clothes from Nov 28 2025 order

Ordered from them Nov 28th 2025. They repeatedly said they would ship my order. They kept posting Instagram and emailing saying they are delayed. They promised shipping on Jan 20th but no updates. After two months, they still haven't shipped anything. The owner, Felix, is a liar and thief. Don't let him steal your money. Don't trust this brand.

No response or cancellation possible, ordered on the 4th of December

I have tried multiple times to contact this company and have received no response. They are a joke. They are thieves and have stolen nearly two hundred pounds from me which is absolutely scandalous. I ordered on the 4th of December and still have not received my order. Someone needs to expose them for what they are before they take hundreds more.

dreadful lack of customer service

dreadful lack of customer service. Purchase made as a Christmas present that doesn't fit - have been emailing for weeks now (within the return window stated on their website) and no response to any communication. Half baked attempts to solve on Instagram but NOBODY ever gets in touch. I would strongly recommend to everyone not to buy anything from this company

I ordered the new blue heat reactive…

I ordered the new blue heat reactive jacket in the 26/12/2025 Boxing Day as that’s when I believe it was released. It is now the 13th of January 2026 and I haven’t heard no updates from the company. I DMed them on insta, emailed on both emails they have available. Yet no response.

terrible jeans

bought blue track jeans in what I thought was my size. They came and were 5 inches too short, and the thinnest jean material I had ever seen, and I know my jeans oz. When contacted, they could only offer me store credit, which I used to get a pair of siberia track jeans in a size up, which fit a bit better but where still slow quality with tiny pockets.

Ordered from them and it’s literally the worse quality I’ve ever received and not even the right sizing. Been trying to refund my order for a week now, I’ve DMed them and emailed them about 5 times and still no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND.

I ordered two Jackets, Only Got one

I ordered two Jackets, the heat reactive and the White track puffa on the 29th of November. Today the 8th of January, I received a package which was supposed to contain the 2 jackets. But I only received the heat reactive jacket. So Im missing an item from the package, the White track puffa. And on the shop app it says order delivered and a picture of both items delivered. So really bad experience. Hoping to sometime receive the puffa Jacket. I even sent them a message on Instagram one month ago whether it would be sent seperately or not, but they never replied.

Update: After wearing the one jacket I received for 2 days, the zipper fell off. Ngl horrible experience and bad quality for a 180-190£ jacket. Kinda sad, cause I like the brand and have not had any previous problems with the products or the delivery.

Update: No answer from them yet. I have not received anything about my missing jacket. Worst costumer service ever. Its the 19th of January 2026 today. I ordered the two jackets the 29th of November, 2025. Just crazy ngl. Scam….

Terrible company

Terrible company. My the worst online shopping experience ever. First of all, they sell items they don't have in stock and they don't inform about it. Secondly, customer service doesn't exist at all. They reply to emails after 2 weeks of sending them queries every day (and they lie in they responses). I placed my order (2 items) on 27.11.25 (way before Christmas) to get it on time. First item delivered on 24.12.25 (okay it was on time but after 4 weeks) and second item was delivered on 05.01.26. The quality of second item is very questionable. Neck seam is ripped. Threads on sleeve stripes are torn. It looks like used item which was returned and sent to me. I regret I didn't check previous comments before placing my order.

What a waste of time

Ordered items for my son for Christmas on 19th November. Still hadn’t receive items by 20th December. No communication or nothing from the company. They did not respond to emails even after I requested a refund. So I had to contact my bank for a chargeback! They soon refunded the money. What a dreadful way to conduct business. Will never shop with them again and would never recommended them.
