Commande d’une doudoune à 170 euros effectuée le 16 décembre nous somme le 22 janvier aucun suivis toujours les même réponse envoyé par mail je penser commander sur un site qui ce trouvait en Angleterre après recherche la fabrication chine et je reçois un mail en espagnol je c plus quoi faire je vais contacté ma banque .ne commander pas aller en magasin site A fuir

I bought 2 coats from cordivae (white and heatrective black) both are sick and pretty good quality, at first I was a bit weary about the brand after I saw reviews etc. I contacted the customer service team to make sure eveyrbing was okay and shipped, they got back to me within a few days to reassure and my parcel with my costs came a few days after that . The wait time was roughly 2 weeks which wasn’t a problem and the chain we service team were helpful.

Ho ordinato due giacchette e ci hanno messo tipo un mese ad arrivare, e fin lì ci può stare, data la qualità e cura dei dettagli abbastanza alta che compensa.
Il mio problema è aver sbagliato la taglia di una delle due giacche, la carenza sta nell’assistenza; sono un mese provando ad avere una risposta, ma senza una risposta effettiva, l’unica risposta che ho ottenuto era da un bot che non aveva capito la mia problematica.
Quindi detto questo se mi rispondono e risolvo bene ma fino ad allora non è il top dei siti in questione di affidabilità, alcune persone non hanno nemmeno ricevuto il pacco.

Richtig Schlechter Kundenservice man braucht 10 oder mehr emails um eine Rücksende Adresse zu bekommen außerdem wird man zu Beginn mit Rabattcodes verfüttert das man erst garnicht zurückschicken tut...wäre das nicht schon schlecht geben die eine Rücksendeadresse ohne Vor und nachname? Wie soll ich bitte das Paket Gültig abgeben geht ja nicht!!!
Zusammenfassung Bestellt da nicht Richtig schlecht... Qualität ist aber gut mehr aber auch nicht....

First of all my jacket took about 2 months to arrive. It was shipped from china. Then after waiting all that time I took it out of the packaging and saw that the quality was more than just poor. It had loose threads, was made from poor fabric, and did not look how it was advertised. I contact customer support for a refund and the most they offer is a 10% refund???? Do NOT buy from corvidae unless you really want to waste your money.

ordered a jacket on on Nov 12, 2025. No information from the company. They kept giving me AI generated responses on all my inquiries, and all were different.
On Dec 25, 2025 I got a notification that my item was in a warehouse in China. As of Jan 6th it was still there! and no one could tell me when I would get it
Absolutely terrible- would give no starts if possible

I ordered a jacket, it came with many loose threads, so i sent pictures to their email and tried to return it. I’ve at least mailed them 15+ times in the past month, and they still haven’t sent me a return label. They keep offering me a 10% refund, but I don't want that. I simply want to return the jacket and get my money back. But they are not replying. The person who I kept getting replies from was “Ella” btw.

The jacket is of poor quality. Purchased a "shiny technical puffer" Not worth 180 euros in my opinion. It's full of loose strings and just feels like fast fashion.

The worst part isn't the jacket though

The customer service is literally non existant. I was ignored on virtually all platforms and waited 2 weeks until they kept offering 10% for next order, then 20%, then 10%. At that point I was completely done with it and chargebacked their sorry asses.

I recommend not using this retailer. First they tried to talk me out returning a pair of trousers although they did not fit, saying a 20% discount was a generous offer. Although the trousers did not fit! After returning them and paying postage and proof of them receiving the parcel, they have ignored refunding the money. Although they acknowledged in email they received the parcel. It had been going on for months now.

Kaputte Jacke, eine nichtsaussagende Support Rückmeldung und dann 10 Tage Stille.
Ich habe am 21. Juli bestellt und meine Bestellung am 7. August erhalten (was für Corvidae Verhältnisse noch relativ schnell ist). Bestellt waren eine Mystery Box in der Tier Box 1 Größe.
Angekommen ist ein Zip Hoodie in grau mit schlechtem Reisverschluss und eine 86 Hockey Jacke, wo die Kapuze und besonders das Fell komplett kaputt und erneut zugenäht war. Ich habe daraufhin direkt am gleichen Tag den Support geschrieben und mein Problem geschildert. 2 Tage später kam eine Antwort wo es hieß
"I’ve forwarded your request to our senior management team for review and will get back to you shortly with an update.

Thank you for your patience!"

Daraufhin habe ich 2 weitere Mails geschrieben, da nichts mehr getan wurde.
Nun ist das 10 Tage her und mir vergeht die Hoffnung, dass da noch was kommt.
Ich bin echt enttäuscht.

awesome jacket fits great and good value but shipping from china took a while not helped by inaccurate tracking and no response from customer service when i asked for help which sounds like a common problem

Ich habe am Black-Friday 2024 bestellt. Die Jacke traf erst Mitte Januar ein. Der Support hat nicht geantwortet und die Jacke wurde ohne Patch auf dem Arm geliefert. Die Qualität ist jetzt auch nicht so gut wie sie eigentlich bei einer 200€ Jacke sein sollte. Grössentabellen stimmen auch nicht. Bitte nicht bestellen!

They rip you off my son was instructed to send back and pay for shipping to send back. Have proof it was received and how they have not paid any of the money back and now ignoring emails.
Seeing if I can go through my bank and escalate further.

I do not recommend. I ordered a jacket for my son. Long delivery from China, very low quality (threads sticking out, crooked). And on top of everything else, the size was too small. I decided to return it because of the size. According to their policy, I will have ti pay shipping costs. For more than two weeks I have not been able to get a return address, they send formal replies, dragging out time. I read the reviews and realized that this is standard for them. I guess refunding will be a huge problem

Product came fine. It was poor quality so I made a return. Paid for postage and sent to address given by support. That was in march and it is now may and return has been received but no money to me. They are now ignoring emails. Don’t buy from this!

Ass quality, shipping was very long. Ordered in Dec and already the zip broke down. If u want to buy unique jacket, please avoid this site there are more better and comfier jackets.
