Cruisefinder.com.au Omdömen

Excellent service from the gentleman who helped us with our booking.

Fantastic response time to emails. Great offers, couldn’t be matched by the travel agent I have used in the past.

Lee was fantastic to deal with! We also got a great price , better than our local travel agents, once again thank you .

I know that cruisefinder prefer to deal by email. I can’t complain, they return information within the day if not a couple of hours. I’m happy with that.

Excellent service and follow up. Cheaper than other places and better service than others

Found communication excellent, even after booking (at a very good price) correspondence was speedy and informative. Will book again through them.

Easy and simple to book through Cruisefinder.com.au on phone and internet..Different methods of payments. Receive documents in plenty of time.

Great service and communication
We would definitely choose Cruisefinder.com.au again, when we book next time our cruise. We were happy receiving all documents and confirmations fast and reliable. The reservation was easy to make. Thank you for all!

I have not been on our cruise yet , but I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful Cruisefinder were when I was deciding on the Princess Majestic cruise. They were very friendly and informative . A pleasure to deal with

I have booked my first cruise with this company, so far everything has gone well with the booking and payments. So I am very happy with the service that I have received.

I received excellent customer service when trying to book for multiple guests. Lee was courteous and obliging in his assistance. I would recommend cruise finder to anyone looking for a cruise holiday. Their prices are competitive and booking is easy.

Have used many times. Can't fault their service

Lee has been a fabulous travel agent over many years.

The team at Cruisefinder were so helpful when we need to make last minute changes. I thing was too hard. Thanks guys.

Have always been very helpful with all enquires & lots of communication

i'm based in Sydney and found Cruisefinder (WA) approx 4 years ago. They are professional, always responds on a timely manner, they value me as a customer which is rare in the market place. I organise all my cruises thru CF as they are by far the best price compared to other agencies.
Don't get caught up with CruiseSalesFinder as they are a different company and appear first in Google searches.
Back to CF, everyone is friendly, easy to deal with and the experience is always pleasant. Highly recommend CF and don't worry about them being in WA as they operate as if they are local travel agents. Have booked a 25th anniversary trip via CF so there you go.

Was interested in a cruise and a particular cabin that was available, and very much appreciated the 24 hour hold button on the site to think about whether I wanted to proceed or not. Have been very satisfied in the past with this website and company.

Excellent service, great knowledge of the industry, competitive pricing, wonderful packages.
