not easy to set up, but works very well for investors
once we got the project open it has worked very well. when we were trying to get it set up i found the website very confusing, and the on line help could have been better

The platform is good
The platform is good. A few minor issues.
Hard to know what will happen at the end of the campaign. It seems to change each year. We would have chosen to keep it live as we've been able to in previous years.
The images are restrictive being only landscape shaped.

Letdown as no experience at all
This Company should have helped by giving the charities that I could send my appeal to as I am not on social media and has family as such to raise this amount of fund to be able to have a roof over my head,

With a high volume of projects live on the platform at any given time, we are unfortunately not in a position to select or share specific campaigns, as this would not be equitable to all users.
We would note, however, that reaching a network does not require social media. Friends, family, and wider contacts can be approached directly via text message, email, or telephone, and direct personal outreach is often just as effective.
