Ich habe mich auf ein Gespräch mit einer Person eingelassen, die sich schon sehr lange mit crowd lending beschäftigt und das war sehr wertvoll. Ich habe mir einen Account auf crowdestor (trotz schlechten Bewertungen) angelegt und durch diese Person gelernt, dass es auf die richtigen Projekte ankommt.
Natürlich war auch bei mir Skepsis vorhanden, aber ich habe den Schritt gewagt und mein erstes crowd lending Projekt bei crowdestor begonnen zu unterstützen.
Nach ungefähr 2 Wochen habe ich bereits einen ersten kleinen Bonus auf mein wallet erhalten und fristgerecht nach dem ersten Monat meine versprochenen Zinsen. Bisher bin ich sehr positiv eingestimmt und freue mich auf weitere Auszahlungen.

Durch die eigene Auswahl guter Projekte eine unschlagbare Rendite im Crowdfunding-Bereich!

After a horrible experience during COVID, crowdestor recovered really well. Almost all my projects were 90+ days delayed, but years later it looks like I will lose only a few %. Still negative, but crowdestor worked hard in court to get most of the money back.

Dont want to bring the bad news, but this platform is over, sell and withdraw...

21 von 32 Investitionen befinden sich im Verzug. Einige seit gut einem Jahr. Es gibt definitiv besser P2P Plattformen.

Anche se non sono truffatori, eviterei la piattaforma. Gli investimenti in crowdestor sono ad altissimo rischio e ciò comporta il vedersi la maggior parte dei propri soldi bloccati poichè le aziende non sono in grado di ripagarli. Ci sono migliori piattaforme di P"P Lending con rendimenti comunque buoni ma che garantiscono di riavere il capitale.

Über 90% Ausfälle...

Auch werden Kredite ohne eurer Zustimmung verlängert. Rückzahlungen gibt es selten und Transparenz tendiert gegen 0.

Fraudestor wäer wohl der bessere Name.

Vor allem Janis Timma belügt die Investoren von Woche zu Woche. Viele Kredite werden schon Jahre lang nicht zurück bezahlt. Ausreden gibt es viele. Jeder arbeitet anscheinend gegen sie. Total heftig. Aber man muss sich nur die Zahlen anschauen und weiß, dass man hier fast nur verlieren kann.

Wer jetzt noch investiert, ist selber Schuld

miserabler Service, ich habe mit 600 Euro die Plattform ausprobiert. Zurzeit sind von meinen 11 Investitionen 9 in Zahlungsverzug. Crowdestor erwähnt nur immer, dass sie etwas unternehmen aber von den 9 Investitionen die in Verzug sind habe ich auch nach einem Jahr noch kein Geld gesehen.
Wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Al principio bien pero ahora mismo mal, no solo porque los pagos de los proyectos se estén retrasando, sino por la poca información al respecto que dan y la que dan la suelen dar con bastante retraso respecto a los pagos. Lo que indica que o bien no se van a devolver los pagos o una mala gestión por su parte.

Veel klachten over betalingsachterstanden maar mijn ervaring is dat dit meestal wel goedkomt. Niet altijd maar defaults heb je overal en vanwege de hoge rente is het totaal al snel winstgevend.
Transparantie kan inderdaad beter en de indruk bestaat dat het platform wel erg ambitieus is maar ik blijf investeren op Crowdestor

Keine Rendite, sondern Kapitalverlust.
Beispiel ; Leasingportfolio 1 Million Euro mit Fahrzeugen im Wert von 2 Millionen abgesichert . Dazu noch Abtretung von Firmenanteilen . Seit November 2020 keine Zahlung mehr. Es ist nicht vorstellbar, dass nicht 1 Schuldner mehr zahlt oder Fahrzeuge verwertet werden. Das Geld versickert. Crowdestor vertröstet nur und lobt deren gute Arbeit......

I invested in 8 projects.
Three of them have monthly payments of principal and interest.
One was full repaid.
Two of them are with late payments.
In one of them the last 4 payments are not payed and the information in dashboard is always the same "The payment scheduled for 2021-XX-XX has not been received. We continue to act according to the debt collection procedure."
The rest, five projects, the loan principal and interest will be payed in a bullet payment at the end of the Loan Term.
One of this projects have late payments and crowdestor send voting form to investors to choose between two options and the results was loan extension of 6 months with increase in interest rate received.
So in 8 projects 3 of them have late payments, the 37,5% so is quite risky investment.
Is a platform with good interest rate but the late payment and the lack of information about the status of the projects you invest is something that a serious investor cannot afford and they must improve a lot.
The secondary market have a lot of projects with discounts up to 50% for projects with more than 91 days of late payments.
In secondary market there are many projects with late payments because they are very difficult to sell despite the discounts.
Despite all some projects are current.
As you can see, the risk of investing is high and you can lose an important part or all of the investment.

Crowdestor is a very promising young company. They still have a lot to improve, but Janis is very hardworking and passionate about his business. The unique thing is that big profits are shared with all the investors, which makes it a real collaboration.

I have invested in Mafia Stars "project". I was lucky to receive almost the full amount of the principle but my interest payments are still delayed more than 4 months and I consider them as a loss because I do not receive adequate response after 3 emails. To me this is a scam and I will start legal actions as well. DON'T waste your time and money guys.

From my experience, I can say that all my investments I made I have only recovered 10% of them.
There are many delays in payment and there are no real responses that the debts are executed from the borrowers.
I thought this platform was a good option but it leaves a lot to be desired.

the worst platform after Kuetzal and Grupeer that I have invested in.
I only lost money and I believe Crowdestor's business model is closer to the other platforms mentioned above than to a sustainable and transparent model.

Ich war mit ca. 1000€ investiert um die Plattform mal auszuprobieren. Dann fing es schnell an, dass sogar die ersten Zinszahlungen schon nicht ausgezahlt wurden nach 1 Monat!!! Wenn ein Projekt nicht mal einen Monat mit Zahlungen hinterher kommt denke ich sofort an Betrug oder Inkompetenz der Plattform Betreiber, im schlimmsten Fall beides zusammen. Mittlerweile sind die Hälfte meiner Investments in Verzug und das auch nur weil Zahlungen bei der anderen Hälfte einfach noch in der Zukunft liegen. Ich rate euch wenn ihr zu viel Geld habt und es los werden wollt dann investiert bei Crowdestor! Die Durchschnittsrendite liegt bei der Plattform meiner Meinung nach zu 100% im negativen Bereich! Lasst euch nicht verarschen und investiert in Qualitätsaktien, da gehen nicht 50% pleite.

Waste of money. Initial payments will not be paid, and the "updates" about projects which are late are a joke. Sold my loans on the secundairy market, and considering the rest as lost.
