Crowdcomms was incredibly helpful during the whole process from planning to event day execution. We felt supported and the team was so prompt and efficient. Crowdcomms has been our preferred event management/guest check-in supplier for multiple events, year-on-year and we genuinely feel like the team has made a huge difference to our efficiencies.

James was so well organised and easy to deal with. Was always so prompt when I had requested certain things to be done. Great to work with and contributed to the success of our event. Both James & Simon were great additions to our on site team :)

Be very careful of this company, like the worse double glazing selling companies they will promise everything but not deliver.
We specifically asked about foreign currency transactions and were told that of course it would work perfectly, they were, unfortunately lying through their teeth, as it doesn’t work.
Having lied to us and then tried to lie their way out of it by saying they were working on a solution they also refused to refund the £20,000 they took from us despite the fact we were unable to use their platform. I suspect they are financially unable to refund the money.

We have used crowdcomms for a few years now and this year seemed the most streamlined. We had Jordan Pasfield as our correspondent from Crowd Comms. She was always readily available to answer my last-minute questions and also send through some training videos on how to do certain things on the dashboard.

CrowdComms were exceptional in both their service and product. A huge thank you to James, Vanessa and the Crowd Comms team for their end to end dedicated support and going above and beyond. The registration process was seamless for the delegates, and the design of the kiosks and badges exceeded expectations.
The on-site implementation is flawless
The on-site implementation of CrowdComms - badge kiosks, live-streaming and conversion to on-demand, digital signage when badge printing was almost completed, the incredible support received from the whole CrowdComms team contributed to a flawless execution. We received literally no complaints about the conference management - due in no small part to the support and CrowdComms platform.

Incredible app, exceptional service
Back in January, we hosted an event for about 120 people. When I met Rob at The Meetings Show in London the previous summer, he quickly understood the assignment: create an app for our event which is simple to use, includes all essential information for staff & attendees, integrates interactions and essentially makes my life easier for me as an event planner.
What we got was so much more than I expected. Even as a complete tech novice, I managed to create a great event app (supported massively by Rob and the Live Chat support team) which brought together every aspect of the event and was very positively received by all. Our favourite feature was definitely the Activity Feed. I had no idea everyone was going to get so involved!
I can't even tell you how much support I received from Rob (and from Chris and James with the app build) and how incredible working with them was. The app itself was so good - it delivered everything I needed for attendees and much more. I highly recommend using CrowdComms for your next event!
Great platform for event communications!
CrowdComms have built a great platform for managing event registrations and all event communications. The team were fabulous and the dedicated producer on the project went above and beyond to answer all queries no matter how great or small. The web-based platform could be even more customisable.

Wow! Couldn't do without them
Rare Founders hosted London's Largest Demo Day in April 2025, and we worked with Crowdcomms for months beforehand to create an event platform and help with registeration (of which we had quite a complicated process, but they tackled it like champions). They also assisted us with badges and kiosks, and we got multiple compliments on them the day of!
