I purchased 2 neck ties from their Facebook page. They arrived in Australia in a timely manner. Very impressed with the quality of the ties and presentation in which they arrived.
First, the quality of the fabric is incredible. The cotton is finely woven and beautiful. The craftsmanship of the tie construction is superb. The packaging and presentation is wonderful.

Thank you for the kind words on the ties and delivery! And thank you for being patient with our returns process — as a small family-run business, a lot of it is still handled manually, which can occasionally feel a little clunky. I'm glad we managed to get your query resolved, and please know we're actively working on streamlining returns to make it smoother for everyone. Really appreciate your understanding

Lovely ties
I ordered 3 ties for my husband. They arrived promptly, look fantastic and he's wearing them this week at meetings in Berlin. He loves them and apparently they have been much admired. The ties are very reasonable for such good quality. I also had a query when I made the order which was dealt with helpfully and swiftly by Crossrow.

A pretty bag
My bag arrived fairly promptly and was well packaged which was good as it was bought as a gift.
The bag was well made and attractive but the colours in the advert were more subtle than the real life item.
