Origin Workspace has been working with Blackstar Solutions for over 4 years. During this time the service we have received has been outstanding. Given the fact that we do not have an in-house team providing such support, it is critical that the members within our co-working space experience a seamless communication process when dealing with Blackstar. I recently approached Blackstar about my business mobile phone contracts and the experience has been 5 star, from start to finish!

After my initial enquiry I was assigned a dedicated contact who asked me the relevant questions to find the best network and available plans for my needs. This included ensuring my 3rd party answerphone and transcripting service was compatible. I selected a plan that not only provided the business with more mobile data but at a lower cost too!

Blackstar Solutions delivered our new phone system. We migrated away from ageing, deprecated internal phone system to Microsoft Teams with Phone System.

The Blackstar team were professional and punctual throughout. Excellent communication from their engineers, who knew exactly the timescales and issues we were facing. Our timescales were extremely tight, and they bent over backwards to get our numbers ported before we moved into our new office. Would definitely recommend!
