This is a hard review to write because I really like the products that Crochetpark offers. However, their customer service is awful. In the process of a move, I lost the card that has the code to access the tutorial for the bag I was making. I emailed the company and they sent me the code for the wrong tutorial. I emailed them again and they sent the wrong one again. I don't know what is going on as I very specifically asked for the one I needed and they will not send it to me. I referenced my order number and date for the purse so it's obvious I paid for this project. I may not be able to finish as this is one of their more complicated handbags and you need the instructions. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend Crochetpark.

I purchased two sets for gifts.
They packages them in one box all thrown together with only one manual for one gift. Then they Told me to just separate everything and tell the person to go online to review how to do.

Support has NOT been helpful.

Wouldn’t you think you would get two complete sets to give. I have no idea if I split them up properly. Now have to find boxes.

I would highly recommend Crochet Park kits. I ordered one of there handbags and was very pleased with the end result. The instructions were easy to follow and the handbag looks great. The shipping was fast. The customer service department was quick and helpful when I had a question. Someone even asked me if I would sell them my completed bag or make them one. The bag looks great!

I purchased 3 different items from them, Slippers, Sunny Beach tote bag and garden bee crochet bag. Videos are great and easy to follow

The customer service responses to my questions and need for the 2 access codes to get the tutorials for the purse kits I bought was so quick. I am grateful to now be crocheting my first kit, the Lotus bag and can’t wait to finish it and move on to the one that’s my FAVORITE the Garden Bee bag!

I have now ordered 9 kits from Crochetpark and the standard and quality of the materials is amazing. Each box contains everything you need to complete your project, although 1 did use my own sewing thread to colour match with the lining. The step by step instructions are so easy to follow. Even if you've never crocheted before, you would be able to complete this kit. Their customer service is excellent. I had to contact them recently on a minor query. I received an immediate response and query was resolved. If you still decide to buy yourself a kit, You won't be disappointed.

I love my Aveline bag. Having said that, I did find the written instructions very difficult to follow. The video on the other hand was very helpful and finally got me going. The length of time to complete the bag is very overestimated; however, I was not in a rush to finish it. I find it very therapeutic and relaxing to work on it while watching TV. I also found the yarn difficult to work with initially but again, after multiple attempts I was able to master it.
I am looking forward to working on my next bag. It's definitely a feeling of accomplishment when completed.

I ordered the garden bee bag and I loved making it! The video tutorial was very easy to follow. The kit arrived quickly and included everything i needed to get started right away. I am currently awaiting a new zipper as the one that came with the kit is too small. However, when I emailed, the owner got back to me immediately and is going to send a new one! Will update this review once it has been received.

I ordered the SUNNY HOLIDAY in brown AND WHITE. I received no white to complete the kit. I reached out to the company multiple times, and their responses have been SO POOR that I know I have wasted my money, which came at a cost to even buy it in the first place as we dont have tons of money. Instead of offering me to send out 2 balls of white, they tell me the most ridiculous things like "that was just our label, you have to tear it off." ?????

I ordered my first handbag kit, and it was incredible! The materials are of high quality and it all came beautifully packaged. The tutorials are very easy to follow even for a beginner like me. I had a really good experience with this company and I have already recommended it to my friends. I am really looking forward to my next handbag kit and many more!

The crochet with the rings was fun, very difficult with the grid and takes forever (time estimates are completely off on the website)! It took long enough with the grids that i somehow misplaced the last grid. I reached out to the company to see if I could buy just 1 and not the whole set and they emailed saying if I left a positive review, they would send me a free one.

The thread sent to sew the plastic grid to the lining does not match the fabric at all (black thread in every kit) and looks really bad - I was able to get around this by using my own matching thread and a sewing machine. I have know idea how a beginner to crochet is going to sew perfect stitches with black thread - sure glad I didn’t buy the cream bag!!

The company is in Hong Kong so shipping takes a bit of time and written instructions are very bad - do NOT lose the code for the video instructions!!! The projects are not possible to complete with written instructions!

Given that you effectively’pay’ for customer service with positive reviews, I don’t know how much to trust any of their reviews!

Fantastic product and looking forward to finishing it. Good quality yarn and instructions being online is great for someone like me who may need to visually see how to do something.

Ordered a bag for a present for my daughter who lives in Scotland. The parcel was delivered within a week. However, they duplicated the order and sent another one. Being honest I informed them of their error and they asked me to post it back. I explained that I was not in possession of the bag and they needed to arrange a courier to pick it up. They emailed me again asking for my daughter’s address so they could send a return label. (During these emails going back and forth, not once did they acknowledge my honesty.)
I forwarded the address and wait to see if they organise a courier to pick it up. I wonder if it pays to be honest? I will not be using this company again.

I had a problem with a pattern and couldn't work out what I had done wrong. After corresponding, I managed to sort it with their help and it is now all sorted

The Bee crochet purse has been a challenge but I’m loving how it is turning out. I did have an issue with the handle hardware, but they replaced the hardware immediately.

I absolutely loved my Crochet Park Garden Bee Bag kit. The kit came with plenty of yarn, handles, hooks, stitch markers, needles, and printed instructions. The written and video tutorials were incredibly clear and easy to follow, even for a beginner. It was a relaxing and fun project to work on, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment when I finished it.

The finished bag is beautiful, and I've already received so many compliments on it.

I have bought many crochet packs from Crochet park and have enjoyed creating every one. The kits arrived with everything you need to make the bags, the instructions and tutorial videos are easy to understand and follow. One of the kits arrived without a code to access the video, I contacted the customer service team who were very responsive and very helpful and after verifying the purchase provided access to the tutorial video. I have really enjoyed making bags I can use that also look great

I ordered many different kits from crochet park. I loved making every single one of them. The tutorials are very detailed and easy to follow even for the beginners. The orders get shipped right away and you receive them pretty fast. There also a tracking available. If you have any questions and you email crochetpark, they respond right away. The final crochet projects come out looking beautiful. All my friends love my crochet bags and can’t believe I made them myself.

I’m still working on project and still loving every minute of it. Any time I have a question regarding the superb video tutorial (I’m new to all of this) a chat message is answered promptly. Once I’m done with this one I’ll be ordering another one. The finished purse is very nice looking and was so much fun putting together.
