Great products and good service. Postage costs could be better value particularly for smaller items but worth the quality.

Absolutely good! When I asked some questions, they responded promptly with a concise answer. The YouTube channel contains good content. I bought many stains, oils, etc. All of them are high quality.

Great luthiery tools and knowledegable staff.

Outstanding service, always go above and beyond, bought a lot of timber from crimson and it's always planed perfectly ready to get building, no enquiry is to much to ask, Tommy and joey are always extremely helpful and polite, Tom has handpicked some beautify grained/flamed woods for me for my builds, easiest service and top tier quality I have ever used! Highly recommend, highly respect this business

fast delivery and good quality

Crimson Guitars Tonewoods have always been the best quality. This purchase was a Flamed Redwood top for an SG style guitar . It arrived exactly as described and looks fantastic.

I took the 3 day refret & setup course with crimson guitars, it was so helpful for my small business at home. Very friendly staff and they took the time to talk with me about how I could improve my small business!

I will be back again

Great store. Love their paint colours and they are quick to answer any queries.
I like it so much, I literally bought the t-shirt!

Fantastic tools especially for fretwork. Files are quality and with nice ergonomic craftsmanship on the wooden handles with the added touch of the crimson logo. The notched straight edge and the fret rocker are precise and solid.

Prompt service, very helpful, great products. Highly recommended.

Helpful staff = prompt & efficient service. Would definitely use again.

Quick and easy transaction

Crimson Guitars is my first and only choice for all my guitar requirements. Every time I visit or order online I get a first class service from all the staff I have contact with. I collected the items the next day of ordering and they were already packaged and ready to hand straight to me.

Always fantastic gear from Crimson.
A cut above the rest

Excellent quality products plus friendly and helpful service. Willing to offer advice when needed.

Exceptionally high quality products for those looking to setup and/or maintain their own guitars, a prompt response to a pre-delivery query and prompt delivery once all my ordered items were available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crimson Guitars. Top class service all around.

I purchased a comprehensive range of water based stains, the penetrating oil and high build finishing oil. I obtained excellent results and love the colour and finish of my bass guitar. I would strongly recommend the excellent series of videos which are available on Youtube showing the use of stains and oil finishes - these were invaluable to me during my bass build. I unreservedly recommend these products; and I intend to use Crimson in the future too.

great gear and really knowledgable backup.

I've been to visit them a couple of times to pick up orders. They've been very friendly and helpful and even gave me a tour of the whole place, which is fascinating for a guitar junkie like me.
