Amazing villa
Cannot say how beautiful it was villa was perfect beautiful views everything you needed, even Netflix ,clean and comfortable accommodation host Manos answered all our question prior to arrival and on arrival Marina was always on hand to help with anything any little issues we had which were sorted straight away cannot thank her enough for all she did for us , we left an item there which she found and is sending back to us she couldn’t do enough for us would highly recommend very peaceful experience and great hosts

Three of us - myself, my husband and my cousin - rented the House of the Hill in Kavousi for a week in May. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Our stay was made special by our wonderful host George, who did everything he could to make us feel welcome and at home. He left us with a good selection of basic food and drinks as well as local fruits to give us a good start. His mother even cooked a beautiful authentic Cretan lunch one day. George maintained the immaculate pool for us every day and he sorted any issues we had immediately. The villa is beautiful and comfortable and the outside space is outstanding. We loved the location, among the olive groves and close to the village and beach. Close enough to tourist spots and far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

There was a lot of chat with Manos, and lots of useful information about the accommodation, things to visit, restaurants...
The villa met our expectations, with very regular maintenance (cleaning, gardening, etc.).
The facilities are up to date.
I would recommend the CreteVillas4u experience to anyone, because every customer feels respected and listened to.
If you are demanding and looking for a safe and secure adventure in Crete, look no further!

We stayed with a group of nine friends in a villa in Mariou. The villa was quite new and very modern. All facilities we needed were there. The hosts, Manos and Marine, were very kind and responded very fast when we had some questions.

We had three cars and there was enough parking space. Its just 5 minutes to Plakias and around 25 minutes to Rethymno.

Our accommodation was booked via AirBNB, but I would definitely book with cretevillas4u directly next time, because I trust them for my next trip.

Very communacative and helfull, we swere at a villa in kastellos which was very spacious, clean and beatiful.

Absolutely fantastic customer service - amazing communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

The host was very welcoming and very nice to deal with. They prepared the house for us with welcoming food and I would recommend this to everyone. Local supermarket are within 10 minutes of the house and you can easily go to either western Crete, southern Crete of east Crete within 1 hour respectively.

We had a great experience. You were very responsive and provided us with much valued information. You were very helpful with check in, car rental and even provided us with extra towels.

I really recommend this company because of Manos and his services! He was and extraordinary host, he waited us with a lot of goodies, olive oil from his farm, raki from his own production and many other things. I think he was the most thoughtful host I ever met. His property was amazing and I hope I will have another chance to stay there or in any other property he has.

Particularly noteworthy is the friendly reception and quick communication by Manios. He was always available to us, whether for restaurant tips, booking boat tour or airport transfer. Everything worked very well.

I expected "cretevilas4u" to take responsibility and be more assertive with the owner of the villa that was rented to us in Trio Petra - Villa TEA in the Blue Horizon Villa complex.
I was in contact with Manos from "cretevilas4u" in real time about serious cleaning and maintenance problems in the villa - but his response was to back up the owner of the villa, instead of clarifying the seriousness of the situation to the owner.
Finally we had to change the villa, and find another one in its place (due to the air conditioner that did not work in the living room) - all this during our vacation and without receiving any assistance from "cretevilas4u", having say to us that they dont have any allternativ villa in there web site, and we can search one by our on. the villa we found was three km away from the one we left, but more isolated and distant. The strange situation that we, as a family, are on vacation and have to deal with cleaners, air conditioners, and finally look for a new place for ourselves and spend a lot of time moving between the villas, made me ask for compensation for the grief caused to us. Not that it would have changed the situation, but it would have made us feel that someone was taking responsibility - that didn't Happened and we received an answer from CreteVillas4U "that the owner of the property is not willing to compensate".
I must point out that our contract was'nt with the owners of the property, but with "cretevilas4u", therefore, the one responsible towards us is "cretevilas4u"
The non-acceptance of responsibility by cretevilas4u and by the property owner is very disappointing.

Fast and efficient communication and resolution of an issue we hit when we arrived due to the villa not being as described and poorly maintained.
The team were available even late into the evening and responded quickly to help us get to a speedy resolution and move to an alternative villa.
The new villa was beautiful and the rest of our stay was perfect.
