The information we get from Creditsafe is very good and the spreadsheet subscription is so useful. This would have been a five star rating if it wasn't for the appalling lack of contact when emailing our relationship manager. Fortunately, we do not have the need to send queries or raise an issue very much, but when we have, there has been no reply. Still waiting for a reply to my email sent nearly two months ago.

Good all round experience
We worked with Aaron Davies at Creditsafe, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and stress-free. There was no hard sell; every meeting was focused, informative, and provided exactly the information we needed to make an informed decision.
A key benefit for us was Creditsafe's API capability. We were looking to integrate credit checking directly into our CRM and customer onboarding process, and Creditsafe enabled us to do exactly that. The integration has helped streamline our workflow and improve the efficiency of our customer onboarding process.
Another valuable aspect of the service is the training Creditsafe provides. The training has been extremely useful for our staff, helping them get the most out of the platform and ensuring they are confident using the available tools and data.
