Perfect service and excellent delivery (ordered on a Saturday and arrived on Wednesday morning). Amazing given the company is based in Northern Island and I am backed in the Kent, UK
By comparison ordered another product from a local company (20 miles away) on the same day I ordered from creative gardens and I am still waiting for it

Such a great place & vibe!
Such a great experience! I love it here. The garden staff were so helpful in advising me on the right plants for my home. I got a lovely little book in the gift shop and then had such a warm and cosy trip to the cafe. I was impressed with all of the gluten free options - totally yummy scones and tray bakes. The cafe Staff were so helpful and friendly - what a great vibe 😁

Excellent customer service.
I recently purchased a Ooni pizza oven from the web site and when it arrived it had a crack on the stone (possibly damaged in transit). I contacted the company and spoke to Graham Ervine who was extremely helpful and sorted out a replacement stone quickly. He kept me informed of the progress with the delivery regularly and answered my e mail within a few hours of sending. 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service.

Hands down the best garden centre experience
Excellent high quality plants here. They also have a gorgeous homeware department. The way things are displayed makes me want to buy more. If you want inspiration for anything then this is the place to go. Desserts in their café are amazing too - well worth a visit.
