The lights are poor quality. I ordered the Northern Lights cube and a wireless sensor light. Both are junk. They don't hold a charge. They are refusing to accept a return or issue a refund. I agree that this is a Chinese company peddling cheap products. I wish I had slowed down to read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. I was fooled.

I've received the bottle lamps today and the piece to put it in the bottle was missing. It's impossible to get in contact with them as I don't have an email and order number. I'll never order there anymore.

Poor quality. Looks like it’s sleek and stylish from the website but it’s just temu rubbish. Really plastic and bulky. When I tried to return it I was offered partial refund or to ship it back to china. I wouldn’t recommend

I purchased 2 spherical garden lights costing £110. Lightweight, cheap and not fit for purpose in a UK garden. They will blow away. I haven’t tested them but I think they won’t solar charge but will need constant electrical charging , if they work at all. Wanted to return items . Asked for an address which should have been in Sweden. NO China. Felt threatened by the cost of return and was offered £35 to keep them. After complaining again I was told that was all they would do unless I returned to China. I accepted £35. Better that than nothing. Beware. Do NOT purchase from Creative Lighting. Deceiving advertising .

In just six days the lights arrived sooner than I had anticipated. They look nice and are simple to set up.

One star is too much for them ,they should have no star rating at all,,, quality is very very poor, ! Customers satisfaction is even poorer,,
I have made a mistake in buying their products,,,

I ordered a cordless lamp for my bedside table. It’s practical, easy to move around, and the soft light makes it nice for reading.

I bought a light and I never received it. I told Creative Lighting that I hadn’t received it, they referred me to Speedx, their delivery company. Speedx’s photo of delivery was of the driver’s wheel, not my house or proof of delivery. I complained to Speedx that I had not received the item. They referred me to Creative.Lighting who say they will look into it. I don’t think they will. It is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

Good quality for what I paid. The finish looks neat and the lights fit in well with the space.

They took a month to ship my order, which definitely did not ship from Europe, despite their claims of being a Swedish company. Then they claimed it was lost and they were going to ship it again, then went back on their word and said it was on the way, then claimed it was delivered when it wasn't. They simply ignore any request to cancel the order and get a refund and only reply to the messages they want to reply to. Horrible attitude and response times that take ages for products that are probably never actually shipped. Stay away from this company.

In the end my purchase was delivered on the 5th of March 2026. Providing people with a confirmation email and a tracking code can avoid anxiety for the purchaser. All good. Barry.

Sweatshop in China, acting like a Swedish company. Products are trash, and the so-called customer service is horsesh*t. Avoid at all cost.

Faulty light, after a number of emails and ageeing that they would replace. the faulty light -they just ghosted me - Please DO NOT BUT from this Website

The lights that I received did not match the ones advertised on the web. The stand was smaller and not very practical. The solar panels are about half size advertised. When I complained I was asked to send them back to China! Eventually I advised the credit card company of the issues and they instigated a refund. CL are a con.

Absolute scammers. Claim they have items in stock and take your money but then nothing. Companies like this should be struck off!

Following weeks of back and forth they agreed to a refund. Only to then make that process as complicated as possible.

Parts currently sat in chinese customs going back and they seem in no hurry to pick it up.

Failures at every level by a scam "swedish" chinese company.

Creative Lighting will deny you a refund when you never received your order in my case the Locomotive train. I received an email stating that my order was delivered checked my mail box nothing! Called my post office again nothing they said there records shows delivered but not in my mailbox. I've emailed Creative Lighting they will not refund a shipment I never received. I will not order from this company ever again! They're crooks and liars! I disputed with my financial institution creative Lighting sent the emails that even show that I had emailed creative Lighting looking for the shipment with only response from creative Lighting saying the order was delivered. My order NEVER made it to my mail box still even with the proof to my financial institution Im out of $112.90. If you want to donate your money then order from these crooks! Good luck getting whatever you order you MAY or MAY NOT get your order.
