Absolute scammers. Claim they have items in stock and take your money but then nothing. Companies like this should be struck off!

Following weeks of back and forth they agreed to a refund. Only to then make that process as complicated as possible.

Parts currently sat in chinese customs going back and they seem in no hurry to pick it up.

Failures at every level by a scam "swedish" chinese company.

Creative Lighting will deny you a refund when you never received your order in my case the Locomotive train. I received an email stating that my order was delivered checked my mail box nothing! Called my post office again nothing they said there records shows delivered but not in my mailbox. I've emailed Creative Lighting they will not refund a shipment I never received. I will not order from this company ever again! They're crooks and liars! I disputed with my financial institution creative Lighting sent the emails that even show that I had emailed creative Lighting looking for the shipment with only response from creative Lighting saying the order was delivered. My order NEVER made it to my mail box still even with the proof to my financial institution Im out of $112.90. If you want to donate your money then order from these crooks! Good luck getting whatever you order you MAY or MAY NOT get your order.

Niet doen. Tuinspots op zonne-energie werken niet of nauwelijks. Opladen alleen in felle zon, in winter heb je er helemaal niets aan terwijl ze het dan juist zouden moeten doen. Gewoon Chinese goedkope troep.

Købte en lampe før jul, og sidder nu her d 29. Januar med intet andet end et tracking nummer jeg intet kan bruge til. Har skrevet til dem flere gange hvor de bare skriver tilbage at de kan se at PostNord allerede har pakken, men PostNord siger de ikke har modtaget noget fra dem. HOLD JER VÆK

Ma fille a commandé un produit pour mon anniversaire le 29 décembre. Le 10 janvier elle reçoit un mail lui indiquant que le colis a été livré et réceptionné mais nous n’avons rien reçu. D’ailleurs elle s'était trompée et avait indiqué le nom de famille de son père à l’adresse postale de sa mère. Impossible donc pour le transporteur de déposer le colis dans la boîte aux lettres ! Mail au service client pour leur indiquer et demander un remboursement. Retour du service client identique au mail du 10 janvier indiquant que le colis a été livré et réceptionné 🤔
J’ai renvoyé un mail MAIS FRANCHEMENT, MÉFIANCE !!!!

I have just unboxed the USB Charging Station, from this my latest order.
It is absolutely useless crap. The whole thing 'rattled' with loose, internal parts.
In addition, when I tried to plug-in the power lead, the socket itself broke away inside.
I am not even going to unbox the 'Easy-stick' Smart bar (from the same order), which is going straight into salvage, along with the USB Charging station, and the previous two items I bought. I cannot now trust your products. I will not be returning all these items because I do not want to take any risks with any replacements. Do not see any avenue to my receiving any monetary compensation, so I am writing-off this expenditure and putting the whole matter under the 'experience' heading, in my 'accounts ledger'. 
My recommendation is that everyone should avoid these shoddy and probably electrical dangerous I am not even sure that they conform to any UK electrical standards.
These products represent the 'low-end' of Chinese contraption, even though this company is, I think Swedish; you on are 'on the slide' Sweden.

I ordered 8 Circly Motion Lights on 29 November 2025 and didn’t receive the package until 19 January 2026, despite living in Denmark and the company presenting itself as Swedish.

The package only contained 4 lights instead of 8. I contacted customer support immediately and provided photos. On 23 December 2025, they confirmed in writing that 4 items were missing and promised to ship them.

Nothing was sent. After several follow-ups, the company changed their explanation and now claims all items were delivered. No reply to my latest email.

I have now requested a chargeback through my bank. The shipment was clearly sent from China, which was not made clear at purchase.

Pakken ankom først i starten af januar (fair nok, jeg var lidt sent ude med købet) men kvaliteten er elendig - produktet ligner på ingen måde det der reklameres for.
Nu har jeg så 2 krystalkugler med lidt “tåge” i, som ingen kan gætte hvad skal forestille.

The delivery company they used delivered our items whilst were on holiday, they left the parcel on the step of our front door for all to see, obviously was not there when we got home. All I keep getting told is the item has been 100% delivered, yes but I did not sign for it, I didn't say if not in leave it on my doorstep! there ware 3 bins no more than 5 feet away from the step that they could have put them in.

absolutely disgusting customer car, will not take any responsibility for their decision as a business to allow their courier to leave items unattended and not signed for, all they want to do is fob me off. £150 and I have nothing to show for it.

I ordered a small moon light. Arrived on Christmas Eve, only for it not to work. The returns process is AWFUL - having to provide video evidence that it doesn’t work - via WeTransfer because the video is too big to email.

Bedrog tot en met. Bestellen een zilveren kandelaar met 5 armen en komt aan in een klein chinees doosje in zeker 20 stukjes (dus zelf te assembleren maar niks van handleiding bij). Wordt op de site als een prachtige kandelaar uit een stuk voorgesteld. Ook het materiaal waaruit de stukjes bestaan zijn een soort van licht aluminium.

Scam website, no product was delivered, email responses are all clearly bots. I reported them as fraud to my bank but sadly they wait till the end of the window and recall the money again, clearly set up to do this regularly .

I bought a lamp but it arrived a couple of months after purchase. It told me that it would be here after about 14 days, but that definitely wasn't the case. Product was fine, but i would definitely prefer somewhere else.

I ordered two lights ChronoPixel™ Hourglass Light, InfinityCube™, apart from them arriving after Christmas Day, for the amount of money I paid (and these were reduced prices!) the quality of the product is very poor, the hourglass light is tiny, I doubt these products will even last to the end of January, don’t waste your money.

After one day the vaporiser train stopped working.
The fan stopped spinning.
I complained and initially was told they would replace it free of charge.
However they are now initiating a delay by asking me to check certain things, all of which were originally checked before the complaint.
I havent heard anything for 2 days.
Very disappointed in the product and customer service. Would not recommend.

No iluminan nada. Muy poca potencia y duración. No las compres, no merece la pena.

I had a very enthusiastic sales person when I was making inquiries about the under unit lights I wanted for my kitchen.
I soon discovered that the lights just don't hold their charge and run out very quickly.
I reported this and was told that I wasn't charging them properly, although I charged them overnight.
I can't keep them on proximity lighting either, so I have to keep manually turning them on and off all the time.
Written to them again, complaining about the product and asking for replacements, or my money back.
Absolutely no response, i wouldn't bother with their products.

awful product and even worse customer service! Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys at all costs!
