Even drawing the simplest diagram takes a lot of effort and it is frustratingly laggy. The quality of the product should be higher considering the price

I was making a project but I reached the object limit and all my work was for nothing

Unusable. Exporting the diagram caused everything in it to move slightly in different directions, totally ruining it.

Very hard to stop subscription via their website, so I just cut off PayPal autopayments to it.

can't export without becoming a member even for a single workspace, now I need to draw the whole thing again, as a student, this frustrates me a lot

I wanted to like Creately but it truly is the buggiest commercial product I have ever had the misfortune to try or attempt to try.
Only begins to partially work on Chrome, so so many bugs and faults it takes forever to create boards, then after time the functions in previous boards are not functional.
The customer service was pretty good, they attempted to fix issues live, which felt like a beta test pilot of an MVP.
I am currently signed up to a free plan but am being charged monthly, with no place to see or cancel the charges. Once again, Creatley pitiful technology is costing me precious time to solve on my end.
Technology should be making our lives easier, it would be infinitely more efficient to draw these boards by hand, with my weak hand, whilst blindfolded and driving a car, then scan and save then use Creately.
Avoid and just use Miro, its hundred fold better and free!

Was using this for a personal project. I just needed to make one graph. When I opened the website again, I found that the website needed me to pay for an account and deleted all my work that I had made thus far.

Signed up for a free account to create a statistical table and exported that for the very first time. When I noted a mistake and changed it, I found it was impossible to export it without grading to a monthly subscription. The software by itself is user-unfriendly because the tools are more fidgeting than Powerpoint or other application software program. Best to avoid!!!

I use a service for less than a month but was charged for 9 months. I thought I canceled but apparently not. Evidence from their site showed that I had only used it for short period of time, less than one month) however customer service declined to refund any unused time. This is a very poor customer service model. They rely on customers forgetting they have a subscription for their revenue stream versus an actual use-based algorithm. Stay far away from this company.

Signed up for a free account. Soon got prompts that if I wanted to share the workspace with my team, I would need to upgrade. Realistically only planned to use the platform for one 90 minute session but begrudgingly paid £50 anyway to ensure we could go ahead. 10 of us spent 45 mins of said session trying to log in and / or join the workspace. Kept getting error messages galore that I would need to upgrade to the next level to share the workspace. Gave up. Wrote to Creately to explain the position and they declined a refund. I explained I had made the purchase that day, that they could see I hadn't used it etc. Still nothing. Noting similar reviews below that they keep your money and deliver nothing. Avoid

Honestly, I'd rather draw diagrams with Microsoft Powerpoint. At least that way I can resize my boxes and change where my text is.

I tried last week to draw something and it was buggy and annoying, but I put that down to my mouse having a flat battery. Today I tried again, and I was astounded at how quickly I started yelling at my computer. I wanted to add some extra rows to the box, but there was no customisation, I had to delete it and add a new box.

When I added the new box, I could only type on the left, and I could not for the life of me center the text in the middle of the box. I'm sorry, but I just cannot use this product.

Has just slightly more functionality than umlet and you need to pay to export or use more than 60 elements...

This is about the worst drawing software I've ever tried. I used it to create a UML diagram and it just kept lagging, impossible to move/change lines to where I wanted, not intuitive at all.

To make matters worse, they make you purchase a paid plan to export to PDF. In the free version you only get the option to export to images.

Update: It seems like there is a limited number of free exports, because now I can't even export my work without buying a paid plan. Consumer beware.

Oh my god, this is the most frustrating program I have ever used. It is impossible to connect boxes together with lines or arrows. You'd think that would be easy/intuitive because that's the whole point of the app!!! And speaking of app-- totally useless on Android. Also, it's impossible to cancel your subscription.

I signed up for a free account and then was told you could have 3 workspaces and 60 symbols on the free account but that is what the people chatting said. But even though I had two pages or one it did not make a difference they said I exceeded the storage and had to pay. They are not trustworthy. Don't be fooled by this site that will steal your money and lie to you about a free account. Good companies allow 30-day trials do not give them your information. They are in Melbourne Australia and should not be given a dime.

Stupidly I was impressed by their marketing graphics so jumped right in and bought it instead of doing a trial, big mistake.
It is a case of they are trying to get the tool to do soooo many different things that only a very few are of any limited value, but they are not worth the money. The interface and capabilities are child level rather than of any commercial value and there are no instructions!
It is clunky and slow and not intuitive, I found that I could achieve things fasted and better in PowerPoint, In PowerPoint I can tailor graphics to match our brand colours not limited to a very limited selection of colours and shapes and arrows go where I want them to go not have a mind of their own in Creately… very frustrating.
I requested a refund the same day, but they refused, you cannot contact customer services, you have to deal with the sales team and of course they do not want to give refunds as it will affect their commission. Plus it is unclear if you are dealing with Australia or India, there is no company info to view.
Very poor experience, would not recommend. My fault for rushing in, hope this helps some people.

Says it is free, needs to register. And when you are done drawing everything, boom surprise you need to pay to export. Avoid

I used the free plan to create a diargram and needed to export as pdf so upgraded to paid plan. pdf export functionality didn't work so requested a refund (the same day that I purchased the paid plan). Creately refused refund, despite my paid plan being only minutes old at the time of refund request. They've kept my entire years subscription payment. Avoid

I thought it was just a diagramming app but its so much more! I'm so glad that me and my colleagues can collaborate on the same projects and make real-time changes. And the infinite canvas just makes multi-tasking so much easier. Eager to see what 2021 will bring out of the Creately team.

I'm impressed using Creately! I started using Creately last month and it is a great app. The app has so much of cool features and I really enjoyed using Creately which gave a perfect finish to my work. I should say that their help articles was so much supportive which made diagramming much more easier! Highly recommended.

I've started using Creately since last 2-3 months. One of their most useful aspect which I identified it that their blogs which they have talked about on importance's and how we can use different types of templates in order to easily carryout our activities. And also they got an attractive color pallet which we can use to customize our diagrams.
Just give it a try and see I would highly recommend it.
