Niane was terrific, so very helpful and patient working through my issue and helping me resolve it. So great to have such a positive and helpful experience.

Would like to say a big thank you Ralph for all his support help and assistance. For helping out with sick a long stad I g issue where he fixed the issue with a lot of patience.

This place is far off the main road .Gravel road for 80+ Km. The chalets are very primative.Only a few plug ins for power(bring extension cords). Fishing on the main lake is poor, you will need to portage to second lake for any luck and even then not the best. Breakfast is served from 7 to 8 only. Staff is not very freindly, you would think after spending 2 or 3 thousands for a 4 day weekend that they would greet you with all kinds of info. Prepare yourself to pay extra for life jackets ( e legal to do so) when YOU RENT. I got the impression that we were outsider and that he has his own clientell year after year. We were somewhat disappointed in this place.We will not return to this place.

I dealt with Ahmad Z to get some DNS settings resolved.

He was quick and succinct and healped great.

I’ve been with New Domain for a few years now and they have exceptional customer service. They always call to make sure I don’t forget my domain renewals which I find so helpful as it’s an easy thing to overlook. Tech support is also extremely responsive, responding in under and hour and following up to make sure your issue is resolved.

I did not realise my domain services had expired until i could no longer receive or send emails. I realized on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. I was very concerned as I thought I may have to wait until Monday. I went on to the website and started a chat. I also had issues accessing my account. Teodora.L managed to work through all of issues and resolve them. I was back in action within an hour of starting the conversation. I was extremely grateful and appreciated the very friendly and efficient service. amazing service
