Great Customer Service.
After a terrible experience with another company and a broken bed, I ordered a new bed through B&Q which was sold by this company. The bed itself I love. I bought my mum the exact same one 3 years ago and she has zero issues with it to this day. This was the Lambeth king size ottoman storage bed.
Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as my lovely mother, the slats were cracked and the base board was bent on delivery.
I reached out to crazy price beds and they practically responded the same day to offer a partial refund for the slats and a new order for the base board. Another unfortunate event is that the order came but for the wrong parts. No biggie. Once again crazy price beds sent out replacement parts (waiting on delivery).
Im afraid a third unfortunate event happened after sitting on the bed the entire left side panel snapped. However, I have a replacement order coming for this too.
Although the bed itself doesnt seem to be as good quality as my mums for some reason...The response times and customer service is why ive rated this a 5 star company. I wouldn't however order another ottoman bed from them based on the issues ive had with it.

Really slow delivery
Really slow delivery. Full 5 working days so far and counting. This is to the Southeast area just outside the M25.
It wouldn't be so bad if there was an option to pay for faster delivery but I didn't see one at the time of ordering.
Coms not great either.

Disappointing
As yet, I've still not received delivery of the two beds I've ordered so not very encouraging is it. I'm assured by customer services that they have contacted the courier and a further update is imminent but I won't hold my breath!

very good trundle bed frame
very affordable trundle bed frame which works perfectly. It was easy to assemble and the wood is of good quality and with the little handle holes it is extremely easy to pull out from under the main bed which I had got from elsewhere. Very pleased with it for the cost I paid.

Bed was damaged. Customer service unhelpful and unfair
The bed was broken when it arrived. I asked for a refund. The request was ignored and a replacement was sent out. I don’t need a replacement as had to buy a different bed from an alternative company (which I would
recommend) I’m now being told I have to refuse delivery of the bed I don’t want when it arrives before they will consider giving me a refund.

The bed I ordered
Update: I was contacted by Crazy Price Beds and after reviewing the photos they offered a free of charge return, due to time restrains to finish the room we are keeping the bed and are getting the bed professionally resprayed. Crazy Price Bed has given me £40 refund as compensation.
The Harpenden Brushed Gold Metal Bed I ordered, was supposed to be brass (as the photo on the website) but when the bed arrived it was black with some random brass brushstrokes, not even closely resembling the advertised photo. When I wanted to return the bed I was told I had to find a shipping company to return and pay for the return shipping myself, despite the product being falsely advertised.

Efficiency / effectiveness
Our order for a white metal bed arrived in a very poor package for the heavy product inside. It was well taped up with sellotape, so better packaging required. On opening up the package to check contents the bolts nuts and caps were not in the consignment to assemble the bed. On email contact ( no telephone numbers available) which was to check where they may have been put, a slow response was received indicated that they were unable to send a replacement pack as they have no stock.If you are a able to source the required parts we will reimburse you the costs.Eventually managed to source materials that would do a job in assembling the bed, with receipts copied and submitted. Furthermore a message received the next day indicated that they could arrange a collection and replacement ( which indicates that further stock was available and therefore could have recovered from the stock held the assembly pack and sent by priority to assemble the bed since received by the weekend when the bed was needed) Apologies have been received from the Customer Experience team but overall the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier along with the manufacturer (packaging standard) needs to really
improve for a better experience.

Great company to deal with! Good value for money, the bed has stood the test of time for 3 years for my son. I recently emailed them as I’ve had to move, and have lost the assembly instructions. The customer care came back to me in less than 5 minutes with the respective PDF instructions. Great service
