Good choice of Whisky but I felt the overall box was lacking,
As a member of a similar subscription for both Gin and Rum I felt that these boxes just needed something more then oatcakes or a chocolate bar.

For example the gin box we subscribe too comes with a two different mixers for the gin, some form of snack and occasionally a bottle of flavoured syrups plus dried fruits for mixing.

Great whisky! And biscuits!

The scotch is great, throughly enjoying it.

I joined Craft Whisky Club over a year ago. Every two month I get a bottle. These have proved to be well selected from around the world. From USA, Ireland, Scotland, Sweden, France and Japan. Each one is unique and all are Whiskys I wouldn't normally choose, and this is to me is the whole point of this club. Any one can buy mainstream whiskys but this gives you variety and supports the lesser known distilleries.

Terribly frustrated by their customer service/communication. I was delivered the incorrect bottle for my subscription and was told it was the distributors fault and were awaiting on how it would be rectified. A couple follow ups later and still no response. You hope to never need to deal with customer service but when it is managed like this it leaves a poor taste.

The communication is lack thereof and the customer service is wishy-washy. Cancelled my subscription before I received my first order
I'm giving it 2 stars only cause the co-founder stepped in to see if he could resolve the matter otherwise I would give it a 1 star

Fantastic!! Everything came in great time, the packaging was fun and fancy, but the part everyone cares about is the whiskey I recieved. Two bottles from the same distillery, but different kinds. Both of them were AMAZING. One of the bottles was the very first batch of its kind, and it was so amazing Ive ordered more. Very excited about what’s coming next!

After posting a review on here Craft Whisky Club left a reply and must have gotten my info and sped up the process. Since last post I am reposting and giving them a Great Review! I would rate 5 stars but due to the actual Craft Whisky Club site not getting back to me through the customer service and getting the response back through Trustpilot that is the reason for 4 stars. The customer service site online for emailing should be a quicker response than having to go this route. However, this is an Excellent Gift for someone who appreciates and likes Whiskey. I got for my hubby's birthday and he loved it!! I would defintely recommend even though it does take some time to get to you. Thanks for the quick response and effort to get my gift out after finding out I was having trouble. Excellent customer service mishap fix! Looking forward to the club!

Whiskey arrived very well packaged. I enjoyed the whiskey but it is not one I would purchase.

I am not usually a bourbon drinker. However, the Breckinridge Distillery bourbon with the Madeira finish was exceptionally good.

We received the two bottles and a very unique chocolate bar. The whiskey was good was surprised from the same brewery. Might have been nice to have a similar finish from a different craft maker.

Just started the club and got my 1st shipment. Love the selection.

The whisky was great recommended to some friends.

I am still waiting for our first order from June. I have contacted customer service and someone was supposed to get back to me. I haven’t heard anything in over 2 weeks. This was a Father’s Day present. I’m very disappointed and will be requesting a refund.
